Candice Hathaway demonstrated great professionalism in organizing my trip. Despite some challenges I faced while attempting to book my trip online, she efficiently managed the process. Additionally, her customer service skills are commendable, creating a positive experience at this bus station, which is also remarkably clean.

We ended up waiting 10 plus hours for a bus, Candice the only staff there was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond again and again for not not just us bit everyone, and some ppl were not kind to her...she definitely should be and needs to be recognized for her fantastic customer service!!!! She was #1 on our list of staff from any business we dealt with in Florida hands down...she made our last long day in Florida a lot easier to bear.

I had the best overall experience here at Daytona Beach Greyhound. The store manager "Candice" was such a pleasure to speak to. I give five stars to Greyhound & Candice the best ser service ever.

Candace is THE super star employee at this station! I ended up at the wrong Daytona station, so I went to the front desk for help. She greeted me with a warm smile and a hello; then she immediately asked for my booking number, and got to finding a solution for my situation. I was able to find a bus that suited my schedule, and I’ll be on my way to see my family from out of state in no time. Greyhound needs more compassionate, caring people like Candace!

Well, I booked a bus for my grandson to go to Kentucky. The bus broke down and took his brother another three hours to go get him. We got text saying that we will be reimbursed because his destination was not Complete it we were told by this text that we will be reimbursed or get another ticket for the next future. Well I don’t plan on driving on a bus anytime soon at all or in the next future and at the same time I’ve called to get reimbursed and I’m still waiting. I haven’t gotten reimbursed and I called the bus company and nobody picks up the phone.

The customer service and bus driver was very friendly..but the bus itself was not clean and it smelled..l think if l have to get the bus again to travel l would take the megabus again.
