Order your glass anywhere but here! Not only when I drove 2 hours round trip to pick up my order did they have a round piece of glass instead of two rectangles. But the customer service was absolutely pathetic and horrendous. Every single person in that office was beyond rude I actually cut my finger open and need stitches because the glass was so sharp and the lady scoffed at me and said stitches! As if I was exaggerating meanwhile there's blood just gushing for my hand worst company ever!

I would highly recommend this place. The service I received today was above 5 stars. It was quick, hassle free, and was overall a very pleasant experience. The owner was able to squeeze me in this evening as I had a 2.5 hour drive back home and my windshield now looks good as new. This is the kind of place that you would recommended your grandmother too. Thanks for all of your help today!

We had a bad experience with this company. The quality of the shower doors is good. However, the work was not finished by the workers, and they were not able to come back and finish what they needed to. Also, the customer service quality has been terrible. My mother had called the office many times and, based on the description, sounds like she experienced rudeness and unresponsiveness. We are not happy with the overall quality of service. We would not recommend this company to others.

The Glass Doctor would not have the Costco contract with out the help of one of his employees. The owner of the Glass Doctor laid off the employee that helped him get the contract so that he didn't have to give him his bonus for getting the job.

I originally called about replacing two panes of glass. Lucas, owner of Glass Doctor Daytona noted that two additional panes needed to be replaced. I agreed and he quoted me a price to replace the glass. Quote only listed my cost plus tax. Workers arrived with two panes of glass and told me that was all that was paid for. Rude woman at their office told me that I had only paid for two. Owner called me back and told me my deposit was nonrefundable. Now I have half the glass and am out $230. Owner did not apologize for his mistake and told me that he thought I only wanted to replace half of the broken windows. Does he realize that I was there and that I was the other half of the conversation? I will never do business with these shady folks ever again. Does anyone really think that I would only want half of the windows repaired? Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing if you deal with these shady folks. Lucas's nose grew quite a bit after he wrote the response below. Initially I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a mistake. I question that now. BTW, they did not do ANY labor. Pray for me? No thanks, I don't pray to Moloch.

Asked for an estimate to replace two panes. Owner, Lucas, noted that a total of four panes needed to be replaced. I agreed and paid half up front. Quote provided only listed amount and no details. The following week I met workers who arrived with only 2 panes of glass and they told me order was only for two panes. I spoke with Cynthia who put me on hold. Other employee, Cyndy picked up and asked what the problem is; she did NOT identify herself as the manager. I told her that I was speaking with Cynthia and was waiting for Lucas. She asked me what the problem was again. I told her again that I was speaking with Cynthia and she finally identified herself as the manager. She explained to me that I had only paid 1/2 for two panes. I told her that Lucas quoted me for four panes. She said Lucas would call me back. The workers told me that they were told not to install anything and left. I wasted an hour and a half and I did not get an apology and I am back where I started. As far as she was concerned, it was my fault. Lucas told me that my deposit was not refundable. Absolutely awful. SHADY.

I had Glass Doctor come to the house to measure for glass shower doors. They arrived on time, took measurements, and provided a quote. They had great options to choose from and we made a decision on the glass shower door.When they came to the house, they arrived on the date and time promised, installed the doors and we are very satisfied with the end result. Thanks for the great work and positive experience!

Great experience using Glass Doctor in Daytona. I chose them based on Google ratings and the experience matches the good ratings. Lucas and his whole team were professional and fantastic. I highly recommend them. They did large glass walls in a commercial fitness center as well as thick glass tops for furniture. Can’t go wrong.
