I was on vacation with my family and my sister, her gf and I were very excited to get matching tattoos. But from the moment we entered and was “greeted” by the short curly haired girl up front I gave it a 1 star. Coming from out of state we are unsure how this tattoo shop works but she instantly got an attitude with us when telling us to put on the hand sanitizer. We didn’t even get a hello or nothing. Just straight up attitude and horrible customer service. I’d recommend going elsewhere where customer service is actually given. So completely rude for no reason so we walked out. I recommend teaching the staff the importance of good customer service if you’d like business.

A little pricey but I haven’t had a tattoo in years. Super nice people, clean, and easy to work with. Got a tattoo and my daith pierced.
Stylist: Billy was really amazing. Listen to my ideas and we worked together to get what I wanted. So laid back and great to talk to! If you had a Time Machine and could go back and see any musician live, who would it be?

my wife and I decided to get a tattoo while on vacation. We were both very nervous because we are kinda boogie when it comes to tatt’s
We have a lot of them …., but all that we have are top notch quality. We have a great artist who we use exclusively.
I’m so glad we decided to go ahead and give Generation X a shot.
Our experience was pleasant from start to finish.
The place was clean
Mikey was professional, knowledgeable and helped our process along nicely.
Our artist was Kevin. He was great. He went above our expectations. Funny, friendly and talented.
We left feeling we got our moneys worth and more. We understand if you want a good tattoo…. You pay for it.
We will Return for another piece on each trip to Daytona.

My husband and I were on vacation and wanted to get some work done. When we came in we spoke to Mikey I believe was his name. He explained the process and was very professional. Kevin did my tattoo and he was amazing. He was nice and introduced himself to my husband and I then cleaned his station and called us back. He is really good at what he does and I can tell he loves the art of tattooing which is something to look for in a good artist. The staff here have been nothing but friendly. Everyone was down to Earth and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was $400 for both of us plus we tipped.

I did my first piercing here, with these people. I feel I got ripped off and taken advantage off. I didnt know any better, it’s my first time. They charged me around $140 for hoops. Later to now they have charged less. They didn't educate me or inform me about maybe getting size smaller or even letting me know the gages.
I later have people recomending i should’ve done it other ways and i didnt know any better and was asked why wasnt i informed specially in a “professional shop”.
Get better service and education in Claire’s. Also i called to check the price and through phone they said a cheaper price than what they charged me in person…
My first piercing and i just wanna take them off because i feel they look different.
When I went back to ask them they said its because its swollen… asked them what gage and all the info i should’ve had. “Mmm i think___”. They dont even know what they did to me.

Please don't go here. Owner is rude and not accommodating. Owner lied about wait time, charged above average rate and demanded money upfront. The artist seem kind and genuine but the owners terrible attitude ruins any good intent that may be had. ?

It was my first time getting a tattoo. My family decided to do something special for me for Mother’s Day, cause I been having a tough time. My artist was Shannon. He was amazing, genuinely kind and helpful. He made my first experience very nice. I was super nervous. Shannon made me at ease. I will recommend and will hopefully be back before I leave Florida.
Requested style: Stitch!!! I love stitch
Cleanliness: Very clean, everyone was washing their hands and using hand sanitizer every time they would touch sometime.

On vacation for my MILs birthday and came to Generation X, professional staff- easy to talk to, clean environment. Justin did amazing on my leg tattoo. Highly recommend this tattoo shop.

Requested style: Mike helped a lot putting together the design and friendly customer service. We were going to walk out but he was nice about asking us more and helping us work it out by starting part of a larger design.
Cleanliness: Nice clean place and comfy for anyone waiting!
