We have rented this club on 7-12 -2024 The Lights or beautiful the place was really nice and clean. The Owner is Awesome the food was so delicious. I can’t wait for our next event will definitely rent in this place again.

Our annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society at the Palmetto Club. The food was great. The waitstaff takes care of your every need. GEI Catering and the Palmetto Club were very accommodating. Have your next event here. You won’t be disappointed.

We just had my moms 25th wedding anniversary party here and Bob did not disappoint. The staff did an amazing job setting up , serving our guests and tending the bar. The food was delicious and Bob was a pleasure to work with. We had 48 guests and it accommodated that perfectly. The uplighting and drapery made it so beautiful. Having an in house sound system was so easy to use and saved us money. We even had a slideshow on the large projector screen and all our guests kept talking about what a great party it was. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. Highly recommend.

Recently attended a wedding , if you are AFRICAN AMERICAN DO NOT spend money here !!! The servers were very much outspoken with action that they do not like us and didn’t want to serve us in any way ! One lady push the trash down and took chicken off a family member plate and put it in a to go plate !! Soon as they placed our food in front of us they were throwing our plates away !! We couldn’t even go to the bathroom we would return to see our food had been thrown away , hair was in one of our plates !!! We were very rush and kept getting repeatedly asked where we finish with our food when we were literally eating fork in hand ! The top of it all is I recently attended a function with Caucasians and they weren’t rush at all they were nice and accommodating! This is horrible ! The only nice person which I am so sad to not remember her name was the bartender! If I could give zero stars I would !!

Poor treatment of African Americans and Americans with disabilities. I witnessed firsthand disparaging comments aimed at the considerable amount of hearing impaired guests that were there for the occasion. The event manager instigated a situation without notifying the hosts that there was an issue and called the police as well as advised the wedding reception was over due to the incident he incited. Very poor service even poorer manager. Result of the call to police? The event manager was cited for assault for shoving my daughter to continue and instigate a situation. He was doing the Karen video thing but failed to show it when he realized he threatened to shoot a black man in the face in front of his family as well as put his hands on my daughter. They don't want US in their establishment. Spend your money where you're welcome. That is it. That is all!

The absolute worst experience in dealing with this company. Robert Spiering the owner is unprofessional and definitely does not like working with African Americans. I asked for a written quote of all fees associated with renting the Palmetto Club facility to which I never received and fees were consistently added. I paid a deposit and hired an event coordinator whom was my point of contact. A week before the event Bob did not order the items that were supposed to be included as he so eloquently told me “you know sometimes your people will cancel and not pay and are to embarrass to let the facility know” i continued on with the facility as it was too late to book another but I will definitely not use this facility again. The linens were filthy and there were no chair covers to cover the filthy chairs. Bob was rude especially to the Black Vendors who were hired for my event. I did receive solace and apologies from the staff who were so sweet and professional and definitely gave praises to an upscale event! If you are looking for an event space Fast talking Bob (Robert Spiering GEI catering) is not it!
