I do not know the nurse practitioner name in the extended hours clinic on Clyde Morris in Daytona Beach. With that said, she is an amazing person and went above and beyond today!!!

This is one of the main buildings for Florida Health Care. There are doctors offices as well as radiology at this location. Overall a good insurance plan that covers many items and is accepted fairly well all over.
