This store has a decent amount of shoes to choose from. The Adidas section could be a little larger in my opinion. Prices are on par with most other shoe stores. My biggest issue was with the staff. They're all young, in their early 20s I would say which isn't the issue. The issue was nobody wants to help anybody in there unless you're in your early 20s. So I walked around the store for approximately five minutes looking at different shoes and then had to go find help even though they weren't busy doing anything but sitting around. So I found that to be disheartening. Other than that, the experience was fine. This wasn't my first time in this store. Exactly the same thing happened last time.

So I bought a pair of $220 shoes, wore them around the mall and they killed my feet so I brought them back, and was told I couldn’t return them after wearing them. These are $200 shoes! We can’t walk in them and try them , it takes a minute before you know they are going to hurt your feet! There is nothing wrong with them and they are not even dirty or look worn! It’s literally been an hour! I wore them for a half hour that’s it! Not a good way to do business! I didn’t buy a new car and return it I bought shoes! I was going to return them and buy a different pair but not from them now! That was my plan I will go buy somewhere else now, very poor way to do business but I will be sure to spread the word! I will try to sell them myself but will get nowhere near what I paid for them! Horrible business! That’s a lot of money to spend for something that hurts your feet, all I wanted was return them and buy another pair, thanks! Won’t be coming there any longer! Do better!!

To start, the shoes arrived on time. However… I opened the box, pulled out the right shoe and noticed the bottom of the shoe was worn and dirty. I pulled out the second shoe to check to see if this one was also worn, but it was not. Upon inspecting the second shoe, was smaller than the first. I checked the tags and each shoe was a different size… And they were two right shoes.I went back to my email confirmation and called customer service. I was on hold for 40 mins, spoke to someone briefly and then I was put back in hold only to be disconnected. The issue is not resolved. My next opportunity I will drive to the nearest Finish Line, 40 mins away, and return the shoes. I will absolutely never buy another product from this company online or in store again. Very disappointed with the product and the customer service.

Stopped in to purchase my son school sneakers and Romeo helped us out. He was polite and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service!

I went in to by two pairs of the same shoes for my brothers and I was told that the ones I was getting was the last one, when in fact those weren’t the last ones. I almost got denied shoes simply for knowing another customer who got the same shoes and size. So they automatically assumed i was with the gentleman. Mind you I had no monetary transactions with the man , I used my own card but because I knew another customer they assumed that we were together. Worst costumer service ever . It was so embarrassing and working at Footlocker and Champs I know that this is not the ideal way to regard a customer’s interest in a pair of shoes.

Only 2 associates. There were not enough at the moment for the amount of clients. We were like 5. But, they were attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. Store have great inventory to choose from. Great experience. This is my second purchase in 1 week. Great experience. Will come back
