Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! Service department doesn't return calls. Took 1 1/2 weeks to complete a brake job. Took nearly 4 months to get warranty work done, then wouldn't honor the warranty's deductible. Asked to speak to service manager, always told she's in a meeting. Asked to speak with GM, service advisor doesn't even know who it is! I've received better service at Waffle House. I pray to everything holy that I'll never need any more work done on my vehicle at this dealership! Complete waste of time and money! You should all be ashamed!

Please read before buying from this dealership. I ordered a Tonale on 4/18 which was promised for delivery mid May. I paid a deposit of $1000.Delivery was delayed to late May/early June. Then, I was told it would be a couple more days. On about 6/20, I was told the car was in Jax and it would be at the dealer in 2-5 days. This didn't happen. About 2 weeks later, Jeremiah said a couple Tonales have arrived, but not mine. It would be a couple more days. I received a few more updates that it would be 2 days more, which never was correct.Due to the inability of this dealer to deliver the car, I asked for my deposit to be returned. Now the car is in and they are saying the deposit is not refundable. Should they do the right thing, I'll remove this post. But don't count on it!

Conned out of extra $500 - After negotiating with the sales department I agreed a deal to purchase a new 2023 Gulia putting $1,000 down. Drove from Orlando on May 26th to complete the deal saw sales and car was ready but I then had to wait over 2 hours before the finance manager (Manny) was ready. He had to reprint the lease agreement as he had messed up the first one, I signed the second and gave him the agrees $1,000, then went with sales and drove off the lot. Two weeks later got a message from Manny that the lease agreement was wrong and he was sending a replacement to be signed and I would also need to send the $500.35 for my second payment as it would be due on June 25th and the paperwork would not be sent in time for Chrysler Capital to send me the payment details. He said this would be sent by the Dealership. On Friday June 23rd I got my info from Chrysler and sent up my account, on doing so I found that the dealership had not made the payment as promised. I called Manny and was told he would sort it out. Monday still not paid so I had to pay this myself to keep account current Called Manny again who said he woulds end me a check overnight to cover what I sent them. Nothing received and now finance supervisor says Chrysler took first payment from my $1.000 down so they had taken my second payment to replace that so I am now out $500.35 and my actual down payment is $1.500.35.If down payment does not include the first payment as it always has in many previous leases this should be made very clear. Absolute misrepresentation to sell car. On my drive up to Daytona a had a call from another dealership with a better deal but my integrity kept me with the deal I had made, should have walked away from this dealer. Please check all the info if you go to these people, I would recommend you do NOT.

The only honest person is Robb. But the others are sharks and lies about everything. I have a towed truck schedule to return the car to the dealership at "Maserati in Daytona " deal was very shady from the start . My bank was very upset and they will testify in my behalf with my attorney. Second of all, the second key fob wasn't the right key for my vehicle . I took the key fob to Sarasota Mercedes Benz dealership and they told me this key fob wasn't for my vehicle . I spoke to Aka August the manager but that's not his real name and he assured me that the problem will be taken care of by the service dept . I called Lauren about 20x times and the voice message comes on. I left several messages and finally she answered and told me .Per the general manager his not gonna replace the key fob . Too all my hard working people in Florida avoid this dealership. Trust me and they ran my credit without my approval and the video is on all over social media. The dishonesty is real . I call them sharks and I have Two lawyers in charge of this case. So, if you read other reviews they done the same thing to other customers about Key fob, and everything else. Mr Fuller send me a text for me not to towed the vehicle to the dealership or else I will be responsible for the towed charge to the vehicle to my house . As a general manager he could Rectified the situation. But he want to show his ego and how he takes advantage of hardworking people . Ill keep everyone updated about this matter.

Purchased our car 2 months ago and was promised a 2nd key. We contacted our sales person Rob and told that Lauren would take care of this and contact us. We have left 2 messages for her and she never calls us back. Not impressed with their lack of follow up .

I will be honest and say I should've did my homework first. Maserati's have the worst resale value out of any premium car. Unfortunately I found that out too late. Then come to find out that a car from 2016 with only 32,000 miles on it, it's falling completely apart. Not only do I feel I was ripped off but I was given a lemon with a bunch of interior work that should've been done before I even received the car. If I were you, I would look to BMW or Audi to find a premium vehicle. Hell at this point, I'll even give Porsche a try. But I will never use this dealer again nor bit a Maserati.

Maybe the easiest transaction yet, and I have bought many cars. Bev Corte was awesome, I reached out on Sunday and she responded within the hour. Deal was done remotely on Monday, car delivered Tuesday and trade picked up. Quick and Painless, great deal on the new car and on my trade. I will look to them next time I need an Alfa :-)

HONEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT As long as I own my fiat I will always bring it to this dealership for service. They have kept my almost 10 year old Abarth alive where other dealership service departments failed. Nicole Kelly in the service department has to be one of the best service advisors I've ever encountered. She truly is good at her job and she knows about cars. She calls you with regular updates throughout the day. Everything here has always been transparent with pricing and repairs. I've never left feeling mistreated or cheated. This is one of the last true fiat certified technician service centers. I would not trust my car with anyone else as they are very sensitive to bad mechanics. If you want your car repaired correctly and don't want any surprise costs. Go here it's worth the extra drive.

Maserati Alfa Romeo of Daytona | Daytona Beach, FL and Alfa Romeo USA have really disappointed me. Beware when working with this dealership as you they make questionable decisions regarding peoples safety with the parts the put on their "CPO" vehicles.I purchased a CPO certified 2018 Alfa Giulia Ti Sport Q4 from this dealership and had the vehicle shipped to me in upstate New York.I was told they put on new tires but noticed upon delivery that it was fitted with Bridgestone Firehawk Indy 500 (Summer tires - non Run Flat), not the OEM All Seasons it should have come with if they were sticking to OEM ONLY parts are per CPO program. As I am in upstate New York in November...it's already under 45 degrees. Not only are they not one of the 3 OEM tire models offered, they are not all seasons and they are not run flats. As per their "CPO rules" the only requirements a dealership has is that the tires installed on a CPO Alfa Romeo vehicle is that it has sufficient tread.Yes, they are ok with the lack of flat tire solutions. Non run flat tires and no spare tire kit is OK with them. I specifically asked "what if I get a flat"..."lots of new cars don't come with flat repair kits or run flats". I say again -- As per their "CPO rules" the only requirements a dealership has is that the tires installed on a CPO Alfa Romeo vehicle is that it has sufficient tread.Yes, they are ok with a ALL SEASON spec'd car to have summer only tires installed. I can't drive the car with the summer tires installed as it's already well under 45 degrees. I say again -- As per their "CPO rules" the only requirements a dealership has is that the tires installed on a CPO Alfa Romeo vehicle is that it has sufficient tread.I guess it's on me to spend even more $$$ AFTER having purchased a CPO vehicle so that I can actually use it safely because of their lack of consideration towards their customer base. I recommend the CPO requirements should be revised to require same spec as the OEM tire be installed (size, tire type and allowed usages) not just tread depth.--------------Me to Maserati Alfa Romeo of DaytonaThank you for taking the time to chat with me today. I wanted to recap our conversation.I understand the situation we are discussing is not one that happens often, but as it's directly affecting my safety and ability to use the CPO purchased vehicle I bought from your dealership...we need to find a solution as quickly as possible. The tires installed are Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 summer tires that are not M+S rated and are not run flats. The CPO purchase requires OEM or OEA parts be installed, the tires installed do not meet that requirement. The OEM tires were run flat and M+S rated, these are not. The OEM options offered for this vehicle were all season, M+S rated and run flat tires. To add insult to injury, having non run flat tires and not having provided a solution to a flat tire is not acceptable. Even with the roadside assistance, there is an assumption made that I am able to make a phone call to get roadside assistance. Please understand that I am not trying to make this situation any more difficult than it needs to be...I just want to get the product (CPO vehicle) that I agreed to and paid for based on the assumption that the CPO requirements had been met.You mentioned that the tires installed on the vehicle meet the CPO requirements and as of now, I am stuck with the tires installed on the vehicle now.-------------------Alfa Romeo USA to MeHello Mr. Brandotti,As discussed, we are not able to cover the replacement of your tires or change the dealerships decision as the vehicle was purchased with the summer tires. The Alfa Romeo CPOV certification checklist can be found on our website. This only lists, that the Tire tread on the outside, center and inside of the tires pass inspection. All other parts on the vehicle do have to be authentic Mopar parts.Attached is the link to the website: alfaromeousacertified.com . This is the number to the CPOV department 800
