My package has been delivered to FedEx in Daytona two days ago. Neither Daytona nor New Symrna has dealt with storm damage to prevent delivery. I live in New Symrna and work in Daytona. It's ridiculous.

I did not want to write a google review but I was unable to fill out the satisfaction survey and this has been a recurring issue i’ve been noticing/having with store associate Fay. Every time i’ve been there, she’s been very condescending and offered minimum help. She always makes me feel like I am an annoyance and she makes it very clear that she does not enjoy her job and that she doesn’t want to be there. I don’t think that someone with so little care for customers should be representing a massive corporation like Fed Ex.

What more can I say the staff is really friendly they help me out cuz I wasn't sure what I was doing LOL they were just really friendly it wasn't like they were just there for the paycheck

Whew! A life saver. I had to get some important documents to my son the next day. I raced from Lake Helen, to Ormond Beach to get the documents, and then to Daytona Beach. I was cutting it close; I walked through the door at 6:26 (they close at 6:30). The desk attendant didn't deny me service, didn't treat me rudely, and didn't try to be "closed" and turn me away. She acknowledged me, finished up with another customer, began helping me, and reassured a third client that she had not forgotten about her. It was reminiscent of good ole service. ?

Terrible service I asked for a few pages to be filled the girl puts them in the copier tells me to put the address where I want them sent 3 days later I get a call asking me if I am kidding I said excuse me Mr. Velazquez are you telling me you want me to pay for paperwork your turning in late.So after I got him to calm down my neighbor tells me that USPS right down the street so that for you I go there insanely sent 2.75 and all of my private stuff is somewhere in a FedEx cloud. What ever!

What frustrates me is the difficulty to discuss the issues with parties that matter and have the ability to correct what is happening. 833 Bill France Blvd Daytona Beach Florida Location has been terrible with impressive consistency. I have witnessed on multiple occasions drivers just changing their statuses without ever going to the actual location, office, or mail room (all wide open 9am-6pm. You apparently employ ninjas who climb buildings avoiding all contact with employees or residence, then claim using the terminology "Sorry You Missed Us". There is literally only one way to the mail room/office and you have to cross one singular pathway. When calling to express my frustrations due to being lied to again, customer service to uses the terminology "Sorry You Missed Us", then refer to a digital tracker that obviously can be manipulated. The packages I need require signatures again that can be signed by myself or the front office. The note of Unable to access mailroom at the time of the notifications doesn't even make sense if there is any effort made to actually arrive at the location.Your team, customer service support, and "Sorry You Missed Us" terminology , is a pathetic excuse for service from something our country relies heavily on.You need to make local specific locations more accountable for their terrible habits.I was also "promised" to have a call back to discuss that never seems to happen*Feelings do not reflect all FedEx, strictly this location*

Horrible customer service! Went to ship back a corporate package, and they couldn’t ship it back, or repack it in a new box. Waste of time!
