Unbelievable. Nice people but COMPLETELY UNTRAINED. Trying to return Spectrum junk (my time/gas), had the scan code in my phone and they were just confused. Couldn't get it done there. 3rd try btw. UPS SOOOO MUCH EASIER.

The driver that delivered my package was throwing my packages over the fence and broke open one of the packages. Luckily my husband got outside before the driver through anymore over the fence.
