The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. There is a line most of the time but it moves really quick with the team work of the staff and their functional system.

You can't drop off anything here unless it's wrapped up in a box. Ridiculous. I can't find the right place to take my spectrum router. I don't understand this.

FedEx has disappeared with my 106 dollars package. They said it was delivered, but there is no proof it was. I was at home when they posted delivered and walked around the buildIng. No package arrived. I filed a claim, they denied without going farther on their investigation! If you are looking for a job that you can grab what you want, maybe is an idea to work on FedEx! Here packages can be abducted by their employees without any consequence!
