As someone who is EXTREMELY blind, my lenses will send the price of my glasses through the roof! But at eyeglass world, I spend the same amount money that I would at doctors office or other retail stores - but I get two pairs for the price of one! This convenience means I get to have two styles to fit my mood, and a backup pair in case something happens to the ones in my face. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and I have never had a bad experience here. I recommend these guys to everyone ??????

Wonderful experience! Was in on vacation. Ocean ate my glasses! Was able to get a next day appointment and same day glasses!! Friendly staff and great service!!!

My eye exam went well. The gentleman that I dealt with was very nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I worked with Suzanne and she is the best. You can tell she really cares about her job. The manager (Jenny) came over and was really nice to speak to. This is a 5-star store. I had an amazing experience with the eye exam and getting glasses.

Excellent customer service from Jennifer Andersen. Jennifer went above an beyond to help me with my eyeware decisions as well as answering all my questions. The staff here are amazing. This is the only place I bring my daughter. I’m in here quite often because of my autistic daughter always breaking her glasses & most of the time if not always Jennifer is the one to assist us & her people skills are fantastic she’s always so happy & welcoming no matter how often she sees me lol. Highly recommend!

Recently, due to a personal emergency, I needed an eye exam and new glasses immediately. Eyeglass World in Daytona was able to schedule me the next day. From the getgo, it was a series of problems! Before confirming my appointment, I asked if they accepted my insurance and they confirmed they did. Once I arrived, they refused my insurance. Due to the urgency of my situation, I paid for the exam out of pocket. My lenses were not in stock and were ordered. Days later they arrived. Upon trying on the glasses there was prescription in only one lense, not both! One lens in each pair of eyeglasses was clear glass! Seems the prescription was not correcyly noted! They had to be sent back since the lenses were not in stock. Due to the pressing urgency of my situation, Eyeglass World was able to duplicate the prescription of the missing lense from my old glasses and were able to provide me with one of the two pairs I paid for, the next day. I asked them to fax info to the DMV only to be told the Iine was busy. Yes. It was because they were faxing the info to themselves. Eyeglass World and not to the DMV! They finally faxed the info to the correct contact. The second pair was sent back out for correction. Ten days later I called to check on my second pair of glasses. (NO one called me to update me.) I was advised the lense on the "redo" broke and the glasses had to be sent back AGAIN! Finally, the second pair of eyeglasses arrived and were in good order. The entire process took over a month! This fiasco may have been the exception to the rule. But it was a first and last time for me. My husband who also needed new glasses went to a competitor where he got two pairs of glasses, eye exam included, in 10 days.

Amazing service, friendly helpful staff, the eye doctor was very sweet and knowledgeable. Selection of glasses to choose from for reasonable prices without insurance and received our pairs within a day. Will definitely return!

This was my first and LAST time purchasing anything from this store. I bought two pairs of eyeglasses, took them 10+ days to get just one ready and when I went to pick it up, it was the WRONG FRAME!! they just nonchalantly used a completely different frame and called me to tell me my order was ready. Then after another week, they said both were ready, this time the frames are correct but one was completely bent out of shape and the lenses in the other one are wobbly. I want a refund!

Every aspect of purchasing my glasses from Eyeglass World in Daytona Beach was a 5 Star experience. Each member of the staff was helpful in selecting the best frame and lens combination, ensuring a proper fit upon completion, and finalizing the sale. They are courteous, professional, and a joy to do business with.
