I returned my car on time with a full tank of gas and was hit with $100 of additional fees the following day. The invoice said I was charged $77 for refueling even though the car was completely full of gas. I’ve had to go through customer service twice since there’s no way to get ahold of the location directly. They said they submitted a request for refund both times to this location, nothing has been refunded and nobody has reached out to me about it. Extremely frustrating. Very dishonest to have charged for refueling when it’s not possible that any refueling took place. This issue needs to be made right.

I love Enterprise and use them often for travel. However, your staff at the Daytona Beach airport, Kyla (not sure of spelling as she refused to give me her name). She was on her phone and didn’t see me walk up and I had to interrupt her. She was completely rude after that. Whispering all the paperwork so I couldn’t hear her and when I asked what she said, I got “just sign there”. You can do better Enterprise!!

It would be great if they disclosed to you that Florida residents and Florida residents only who rent from this location have to pay a $400 refundable deposit! What horrible customer service.

The lady who helped me with my reservation was patient andexplained everything. You must have a credit card. If not, they will place a $500.00 hold and complete a credit check.

I had booked a SUV a couple weeks in advance since I had a group of 8. They only had a small compact suv that sat 5 with barley any luggage space. On top of not having the vehicle I needed the workers had an attitude and were being rude over the phone and in person. They act like everything is an inconvenience to them even though that's literally their job. It's also extremely unprofessional when they complain and gossip about their coworkers in front of customers. Do not rent from this location you will have a better experience and most likely the car you actually need at the mason ave location.

They never told me you couldn't rent a pickup truck without a credit card. Poor communication skills. Had to have a local driver's license when I'm clearly going back to NY. I wanted to rent one way. Very disappointing had to refigure everything. I went somewhere else!

Booked a car at the airport after the site said there was one available.There was no cars for the next two hours!!!. This company offered no assistance of any sort. No ride, no cab, no share ride, NOTHING!!! Worst customer service. Going to see if corporate can remove them from this airport. Avoid this company and its sister companies if you are in the Daytona Beach area. Would give it zero stars if that was an option.
