“Greatly impressed. I had an iMac Pro, 6 years old, and running like a snail. After calling and describing the problem, I was asked to bring in the computer. I dropped it off at 3 PM. By 3:30 PM I had a text message informing me of what they found in their diagnostic tests. I called about 4:30 PM. She went over the problem, the cost to replace the hard drive and transfer my data and programs (I had forgotten to do a full disk save), and the timeframe of about 2 days. I agreed to the terms. By 9:30 AM the next day, I got a text message that the work was complete and I could come in and pick it up. That's service. And the computer is running faster than ever. Now, a recommendation from your average Joe may not carry a lot of weight. But my former business partner was into computer sales and repairs for many years and I learned a lot about fixing my own computer from him. So, I've got some experience. And I have to say that from start to finish, Bit Tek was just about the best computer repair service I've ever come across.”
