LOOK HER UP ON THE DBPR, She TELLS PEOPLE SHE IS A LICENSED RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTOR.... SHE IS NOT! This company got my elderly aunt and uncle for over $75,000. It took several months for the cabinets, they subcontracted an unlicensed electrician and plumber, no permits were pulled, outlets were hanging off OR didn't work, wires were hangin, wallsbathroom shower still leaks, Jess ignored calls for weeks, JESS befriends you, takes your money, lies about the time frame of your job, IGNORES your CALLS and Texts AND LEAVES your JOB SHODDY AND HALF DONE! READ THE REVIEWS! Ask for PROOF OF Jess' Contractors license Don't be the next victim!

We had a great experience with East Coast. **** was very pleasant to speak to and the company itself was very accommodating. They actually did my kitchen in sections over a 2 year period because I did not want to take out a loan for my new cabinets and countertops. They let me pay as sections were installed. **** was awesome with his instruction and corrective criticism as he had a new helper with him. They also made sure their mess was cleaned up when they were done.

Horrible job. They put down LVP flooring and within a few months it was lifting. When I called, they said it was probably a high traffic area and when I told them it was the third bedroom that was never used. They had nothing to say. Almost 2 years later, and it is lifting everywhere. They do not stand behind their work at all .And to respond to his response. They never even came to look at the damage. He offered me $250 to have somebody else fix it. I have one small dog and he has never peed in the house Nice try. You can tell by the tone of his response that he is very aggressive. Horrible company

We had a very good experience with East Coast. From the beginning to the very end we were pleased with everything, Our Marble looks amazing and every time someone steps into our kitchen right away we get a WOW! Thank you Jessica for the wonderful communication the entire step of the way and thank you CeeJay and Alex for all their hard work and getting it done so quickly. We love our new kitchen!

Omg. Alex and CJ are amazing! They are meticulous in every thing they do. We LOVE our countertops and backsplash. We have enjoyed watching them make our dreams come true! This outfit is as crooked as they come. Gave us an estimate which tripled the cost other reputable firms had given us. Avoid at all cost.

These folks are awful and Chuck/Charles D Ogden is the worst! Do yourself a favor and Google him. He changes the Company name, declares bankruptcy and doesn’t have anything in his name to avoid lawsuits. I have dozens of pics and other folks names and stories to share. He has a few lawsuits against him now as we speak and check out his mugshot on line. I’ve spent 5 years spreading the word about them and there are others doing the same thing now. Terrible company and will take your money and run!In response to Charles D Ogden- Apparently chucky, you been sued so many times you forgot you lost almost ALL cases against you, including mine. The DBPR fined you AND made you pay up to me. .The photo below was our kitchen for the better part of a year !!!We had to wash dishes and such in the BATHROOM FOR ALMOST A YEAR! Then, we had to pay for every thing to be re-done and purchase all new materials AFTER we paid CHUCKY in FULL!Service: Remodeling

We’ve been shopping for two years to find the perfect company to do our kitchen. After all this is out forever home!! The customer service that we received on Saturday from Kayla who is on believable!! They made me feel like I was part of their family, the prices are right on point. My kitchen is absolutely amazing. It is the talk of the town, and I am highly recommending you stop, and you will not be disappointed. East coast Countertops is not easy to work with. I have sent Jessica text messages about my floor sinking but have heard nothing. This co sends out unlicensed electrician, which I'm still without power. My floor hasn't been down a year and Jessica won't get back with me. This might be the way she's handling her business. I told her I would post this on their website. I have pictures to share with everyone, & I know Jessica with put up something about me. I hope nobody deals with this place.
