We have been with elc for over 7 years. Mary Guirguis has been our case worker for years and let me tell you she is the best! She genuinely cares for the families she helps and she is very competent in her job! Thank you Mary for all you do I hope the elc appreciates you as much as we do!!

Angie Bush is very rude and does not like to help anyone, she has given me the run around with childcare assistance and would not assist me with part time childcare, basically was forcing me to work full time . I do not ever want her over any of my cases ever again.

The one my daughter goes to is AMAZING! The only down fall as a single mom working mon thru Friday is they close down during spring break summer and Christmas break as well as other holidays, teacher duty days, and when they are short staffed. But it well worth it. They become your family ?

What a joke. The limit for a family of 4 is $55,000 a year before taxes. SMH. Who can actually live off of that? It went up from $53,000. Seriously? You have to be dirt poor or rich to send you kids to school in this state. I had to remove my youngest child from care and switch out of a job in my field to work in a restaurant because I do not have child care. Shameful. Love paying student loans for a job I can’t even work.

If you need help with childcare expenses, I recommend going to see them. The staff is nice, friendly, and very helpful.

if i could give 0 stars i would. no one helps. everyone loses your documents and asks for them several times. i’m in school full time and they want me to put my husband (who lives with me) on child support just so they can “assist” with daycare. they aren’t doing anything but making things worse.
