We have been with elc for over 7 years. Mary Guirguis has been our case worker for years and let me tell you she is the best! She genuinely cares for the families she helps and she is very competent in her job! Thank you Mary for all you do I hope the elc appreciates you as much as we do!!

Angie Bush is very rude and does not like to help anyone, she has given me the run around with childcare assistance and would not assist me with part time childcare, basically was forcing me to work full time . I do not ever want her over any of my cases ever again.

Very resourceful on many things! The people in the main office are very helpful !

The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties (ELCFV) works in conjunction with private, faith-based and public school programs serving children from birth to five years old. Our local Coalition serves Flagler & Volusia Counties.
The ELCFV seeks to assist parents with the goal of increasing their child's chances for educational success. A sound education begins with high quality school readiness/ VPK services.
The Coalition recognizes that parents are children’s primary first teachers, but also recognizes that by participating in quality school readiness/VPK programs children will be better prepared for school
