Called the office on 1/30/24 with very serious questions for our agent and understand that she was not available for personal reasons however the person answering the phone was so rude and made us as consumers feel like we were doing something wrong by calling to discuss our policy with someone. Shame on you! We pay good money each month and annually with this agency and this with our current issues with the company just puts the icing on the cake. At this point until something is resolved with a pleasant person to speak with we will begin looking to move our business elsewhere. If you are having a bad day don't take it out on your clients, remember when they call you they might just be having one too and it was already because of your company so now things just escalated.

I reached out to them for some answers pertaining to my Progressive Insurance polices. A lady called me back, said the agent would get back to me. All day went by and nothing. Later I checked my email. They sent a message that they can not or will not help explain my Progressive polices. Why would they not help me to understand my two policies. What kind of business that sells Progressive insurance not help a client. My guess is that they were not making any money off me, so screw you. They make Flo out to be a liar. Not a nice place to do any insurance business.

Pretty sad that when you are told that an agent will call you back after lunch, you wait till almost lunch time the next day to call back. Same lady from the day before answers and then tries to make an excuse as to why I wasn't called back. If you're going to run an insurance agency for people who are wanting quotes now and not days later, you should help potential customers. Instead of making excuses and taking on to many potential customers if you don't have enough agents to quote them in a timely manner. Or let them know "Hey we are backed up right now and it may be a few days before we are able to get back to you about your quote, and or even getting said info to run quotes." I'd say this is poor customer service at its finest, and what's truly sad is I figured based off the picture and it looking like a possible family run agency that maybe they would be nice to speak with and potentially deal with. But boy was I wrong on so many levels. You could at least be honest at the end of the day, instead of making up excuses. If you cant help people in a timely manner then tell them to nicely they may want to move along or look elsewhere.
