Walked in and was greeted right away. Was looking for a gift for my son and staff was very helpful. They had some amazing deals too. Only down side was the store smelled like Mary Jane and gave me a headache. The smell was stronger the more to the back you went.

Me and boyfriend walked in, and no one said anything to us. We were the only ones in the store. We didn't get a hello. Can I help you find something? Nothing! It felt like just by us walking in annoyed them. We where in thier for about 10 minutes and not one word was said to us. It was intentional and unbelievable rude.
I saw a shirt and shoes I like for my boyfriend birthday but refused to buy anything due to the lack of customer service. Thier was a woman with long nails straightening up shoes next to the door and a slim Africa American gentleman by the register. If anyone cares enough to watch the cameras from today. We came mid afternoon around 4 pm. These two unprofessional workers give retail a bad name! Fire them or train them better, but do something quickly!

Excellent service and positive attitude. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Great selection on everything in the store. Store is very clean and organized. Give the manager and store employees a raise for running a great store!!

Love going to DTRL for my kids shoes and clothes! Employees are always so helpful! If they don't have in stock what I need the manager will find it and order it for me. They go above and beyond for their customers! All the latest trends and clothes this is the only store my kids like to shop at!
