I was in Daytona for one week to shop and have furniture delivered. The salesperson spent over an hour with me and helped me make a few hard decisions. The delivery guys were friendly and careful with the furniture. There was one issue with 2 furniture items that did not match. I went back to the store and talked with the person who I presume is the manager. He arranged for delivery and replacement of the mismatched items. I had a very good experience shopping at Downtown Used Furniture. Also, I have purchased from them in the past with no problems.

My elderly parents, who are not white, were treated like dirt by the people at this store. I actually reprimanded them for even going to place with such bad reviews. They placed a hold on a piece of furniture and returned the next day saying they had a change of heart. They got a DISCOUNTED STORE CREDIT, the owners shaved off $80 for a restocking fee when the item NEVER LEFT THE STORE, talk about crooked thiefs!!! The items they did schedule for delivery were arriving on a day with heavy rain. My mom called the driver asking for the delivery to be delayed by a few hours until the rain stopped. The driver agreed, WILLINGLY. Later my parents got a NASTY CALL from a women saying WE DONT WORK FOR YOU AND YOU'RE NOT GETTING YOUR ITMES. Who then do you work for lady, it's called customer service which you apparently don't know a thing about!!! Then my parents got a call from a NASTY MAN, saying don't come back to my store! Did he really think two elderly people would ever Subject themselves to this kind of treatment. How they stay in business is beyond me, maybe it's any ALL CASH OPERATION ;)?!?!?!?

Great selection of new and slightly used furniture. I found a child's bedroom dresser and a wood dining table with 6 chairs. Usually they only come with 4 chairs.

Good place, variety of furniture. Definitely over priced for used furniture,can get brand new furniture for almost or close to the same price their asking for. Thought used stores was supposed to help out those who are just starting out or need things. Also would be very nice to update the websites and add prices please. Over all very clean and friendly employees.

Today when there is just an overload of stuff…on the planet- why would you waste money and go buy something new, knowing it is making a negative impact on our already broken environment. This place has great used furniture. So much of it looks brand new or slightly used anyway. They always work with your budget, and if you’re looking for a particular item they have it. I love this place and I hope it stays in daytona and people will continue to opt for pre owned. One of the few places that has quality merch at realistic prices. Try it out

Mix of new and used furniture with a decent turnover on most items. The newer furniture is in the low to mid range quality while the used is a mix with some solid wood pieces to choose from. Place is on the cleaner side and laid out well for ease of checking out all they have to offer. Be prepared to be stalked. The sales ladies are obviously on commission and you won't be able to get more than 3-4 yards away from them. Wether on the next isle or just a bit down the one you're on. The reason they got a 3 star and not a four. It's creepy, unwanted and bad for business. Delivery was at a fair price and the delivery guys were top notch. Definitely worth a stop when looking for something needed for the house but again, be prepared to be stalked....muhahaha But seriously, it's creepy

Purchase damaged in transit. rude & defensive gentleman answered phone & told me product same as when I examined in store. Purchased a large woven vase with ceramic lining; it look2 have been dropped & rolled. Delivery person did not bring 2my attention nor store personnel.

The selection of household items is fantastic and the prices can't be beat. The stuff is all used (except mattresses), but almost everything is in GREAT shape. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They will also assist in getting items loaded to your vehicle (delivery is a charge, but it's reasonable).

The owners are bad people. They still never paid me my final paycheck from over two years ago now. They rip off their employees and customers with impunity. Do not give these people your business if you believe in basic decency.

The most unprofessional place you can ever get your furniture fromThe lady sold ma a whole bedroom but she said that the dresser/mirror and the bed frame will be coming within 10 days to the warehouse and I paid for them all and here I’m after 3 whole weeks not getting anything and needing to call them like 3 days per week and sometimes someone answers me and he says he doesn’t know anything and I will have to call back again tomorrow so the owner is in here so it’s totally inconvenient
