It’s disheartening that on several occasions I have walked into this location and have been ignored not greeted. (I will also mention, I’m a person of color). But when a non person of color walks in right after me, they are spoken to. At first I thought it was in my mind or maybe they were busy that day or didn’t see me. They see me, every time. Just completely un acknowledged. At first I figured I let it go, it’s just a dollar store and I’m just coming in to grab a few things. I live around the corner and come in on weekend mornings. But their avoidance is so obvious, and so consistent, it’s hard to let go anymore. I have watched on countless occasions I’ll walk in and get completely ignored almost as if they are TRYING very hard not to say hello to me. Only seconds later a white person comes in , and they are said hello to with a friendly, upbeat and welcoming tone. I’ve been coming to this location for years and lately I have felt uncomfortable whenever I am the only person of color in the store. I’ve noticed this behavior from all of the workers there but mostly from cashier Rose , which is interesting because she appears to be biracial herself.

The cleanest dollar tree ever seen in USA, staff is very friendly, Anna at the register very professional who welcome with a big smile. KC who goes the extra mile for sell products. That store cleaner and more organized than Sam club and Walmart.

Clean store, fully stocked. I checked out with Kacey, who was friendly, pleasant and helpful. She advised me of the few items that were more than the 1.25 price, and asked if I needed batteries for one item. Even went to the display to get them for me. I will certainly come back to this store, and hope to see her again. Her personality and customer service is an asset to Dollar Tree.

I was excited about visiting this location because I love Dollar Tree stores. The store had several items that I had not seen at other locations. I scrolled through the isles, filled my cart, and headed to the register. During checkout, the cashier Rose proceeded to bag several ceramic plates in the same bag without a liner, paper, extra bag, or anything for protection. I asked if the store had anything to line or wrap the plates because I always purchase dishes and glasses for various decor themes from other Dollar Tree stores, and they always provide those items. She gave me a rude look and continued stacking my plates on top of one another and stated if I want extra bags she will give them to me and I can bag and wrap them myself however I would like them. She also stated they only wrap them in paper or with a liner if they have them. I then asked if she could just bag them one by one, and then I could stack them the correct way for travel purposes. She rudely restated that she would just give me extra bags to wrap them myself however I would like. I stated that she was being rude for no reason, and she became defensive and stated she wasn't being rude. After she bagged all of the items, she rudely slid all of my items to the side and put a stack of empty bags next to my items. I wasn't in the mood to argue or speak with a manager regarding her behavior, but I made sure I came to leave a negative review. Rose definitely needs to be properly trained on customer service.

This was a pretty good experience. I took a friend to get her drinks (it's always just one thing) and found myself spending $30. If you're looking for cheap crafting supplies look no further! Several things that would be way more pricey at big name craft stores were more cost effective but same quality allowing me to buy more crafting supplies!! The cashier was sweet and we discussed crafts.
