I have to say I met one of the best providers of customer service ever! Thanks to Marlene who went above and beyond to help me with an order that had a lot of glassware. She made sure to call in extra help to work with other people checking out, she found boxes to pack my glassware and to make sure they would not break. Finally, she brought out some bags and the glassware box to me at my car even though I planned to go back a second trip to get it all.Management at Dollar Tree be aware you have a great talent asset on your team. Please make note so she may progress in her career as I believe she has management potential.
