Went in for a slow leak and Curt took care of me in no time! They were even about to close and he got me in, told me about different tire costs for when I need to get new ones. As I was about to leave, he came to check on me and showed me how to reset my low tire gauge on the dash. 10/10 experience, thanks so much Curt and crew!

Just had 4 new tires installed. Everyone there is great, but particularly Brandon and Cody. Bought tires from them many times and find them very accommodating.

Paid for new tires. Sat in the waiting room for about 45 mins. Got a call from work so I decided to cancel. Walked up to the counter. And asked James to cancel the transaction. He started throwing all these excuses at me about why it’s not done and that it could be done in a 15 minute. I had to let him know that this was not up for debate and that I had somewhere to be. He told me that I was getting “hostile” even though I did not raise my voice or use any foul language. He was visibly upset at this point and chose not to look at or speak to me. James told me all I need to know about this establishment.

Great place for tires. I get all my tires from Discount Tires be they come with free tire rotations. Went in to get my tires rotated and they go me in and out with in 30 mins. Thanks guys!

I had a screw in my tire. They refused to patch it up. I was told I needed a new tire. I went to Quick Tire, and my tire was fixed in one minute. $10.00 Shame on you Discount Tire.

The man who helped me added tire insurance without me knowing. When he priced my tires for my Explorer I thought that was full price for 4 tires, I agreed only to look closer at my receipt once home to discover a 110.00 was warranty I would not of purchased. Called and got the oh well attitude. I feel cheated because I was, bad business practice
