I had a terrible experience I went looking for a lefthanded golf club I asked a man named Rodney he said how should I know I'm not left handed so figure it out....Super rude!!!

Tommy in the Daytona bike department was great! He assembled my wife’s bike, handled some touchups on my new bike that were missed by another store, and was patient with us as we chose different seats and accessories which he promptly installed. He completed everything ahead of schedule and saved us a second trip to Daytona. He is a great asset to your team!

Very nice and tidy. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to effectively assist me, but there weren’t many other people in the spacious store either. I wasn’t able to see what I came for, locked cabinets were unopened because nobody knew who had the keys , and I left empty-handed , resenting time wasted.

Watch out for Amy at Daytona location.She is rude and does not want to take care of any customer related issues.Ordered Football Helmet online for store pick up and it looked like it was used. Asked her if it is a new item, she won't even look at you and say yes it's new. When I told her it's not, she looked at her manager and told him you deal with it. How rude and not trained.Two thumbs down Amy.

Almost paid $439 for not brand new looking Amy said new football helmet.When Amy says it's new, it is new I guess..she said scratches were from card board box the helmet was in...Bad experience overall!

I had a problem with myscore rewards card. I froze my account and had difficulty unfreezing it at the time of purchase. Cliff and Amy were very patient with me. I appreciate their patience. Thank you Cliff and Amy!
