The service department is excellent! I will always take my car to be maintained there because you will be treated royally and with respect and decency.
But please hearken to this advice. Don't purchase your car here. You will be overpriced and gouged!
The salesman and finance people are slick and smooth and extremely charming. BUT, BUT, BUT they are snakes? behind it all and you will be bitten. They will squeeze as much out of you and lie in all the process just to get as much commission for them.
I've had a favorable experience at Coggins Toyota in past years and I will most probably go there again. They were reasonable!

Terrible Service and Zero Accountability at Daytona Toyota
I had my car serviced at Daytona Toyota last week, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed it was shaking. I returned to the dealership and spoke with my service advisor, Rad, who assured me that everything was fine after they rechecked the vehicle. He mentioned the back left tire was separating and said that was the cause of the shaking.
I trusted their assessment and went to a tire shop to get a brand new tire. However, even after replacing the tire, the shaking continued. A week later, my water pump broke, likely due to the excessive shaking. When I returned to the dealership, Rad finally acknowledged that the car wasn't supposed to be shaking like that. I told him it had been shaking since the day I picked it up from service, but he and his manager refused to take any accountability for the technician's work.
The manager was completely unhelpful, dismissing my concerns and offering no solution other than a shrug. This dealership's service is both incompetent and unprofessional. I strongly advise against trusting them with your vehicle—they will not stand by their work or take responsibility for their mistakes. I ended up paying for the first service and the second. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. After this review also they wont take any actions with the customers and note it for the future.

Amazing Experience! Everyone we interacted with at Daytona Toyota was so nice and responsive and really helped us get the best deal. Shoutout to K’Jorn for his amazing assistance- sending photos and videos of the vehicle before we even requested it- to help us decide if this is the car for us.

Angel & Ari took care of my service needs for my vehicle. They were kind and understanding of my needs to have my vehicle back in a timely manner.
My car wasn’t starting and when I called in for a last minute afternoon appt they got me in asap. While fixing my vehicle they found an issue that had just expired on warranty and they went above and beyond to get the part fixed by Toyota. Something they didn’t have to mention or tend to. They also provided a loaner vehicle so I could get to work the next day.
I will be returning for all my Toyota service needs here on out. Thank you Daytona Toyota! Success built on costumer service.

This dealership is wonderful, i had gotten a car from here a year ago, decided i needed an upgrade, salesman naiyrm helped me find a car within my budget, and worked with me to get as many deals possible on my trade in value! would recommend him to anyone!

If I could leave no stars I would. First we dealt with Michael and we liked him. Upon another trip he was busy so we saw another salesman. I'm not leaving his name. Anyways we could not come to a deal with my 18 year old daughters first brand new car. After we left the sales person continues to contact my daughter wanting to make a sale. Through text message he told my daughter the sale price we were originally looking for. He asked for a deposit over the phone which we declined and said of that was the deal we would come down and sign papers. We'll as soon as we said that he calls my daughter and proceeds to tell us that price was after our down payment which was actually more for the car than we were at a week prior. Bottom line there is some serious shaddy stuff going on there. If I were you I would drive to Orlando before I would deal with Daytona ever again. I just cannot believe that Toyota would allow that behavior with there brand. I will never buy a car there.

I would absolutely recommend working with Dawson Cevasco and his manager Chuck. We drove from Orlando for a new Camry. When we got to the dealership, there were none left! Instead of suggesting we come back another day, since I had already test driven one, they made me a great deal on an incoming vehicle to be delivered later in the week. I ended up getting a higher trim than I had planned. They delivered the car right to my driveway and even got me topped off on gas before they left. With a lifetime powertrain warranty, lifetime oil changes, and tire rotations for 4 years, I will be a frequent visitor of the dealership!

I recently purchased a Toyota CPO vehicle from Daytona Toyota and it was a great experience, way better than expected. Similar to most people, I absolutely dread the process of looking for a car and buying it. I purchased my previous truck from Deluca Toyota in Ocala and it was an ordeal that I did not wish to repeat. I typically prefer to buy private party to avoid the headache... However, after this experience at Daytona Toyota, I realized that not all dealerships are created equal and Daytona Toyota is a cut above the rest.
Shortly after putting a test drive request in, Tristian reached out to see if I had any questions on the vehicle and to confirm the test drive time. Upon arriving for the test drive, I was prepared to be pressured into buying immediately or getting pushed towards a more expensive vehicle; thankfully this was not the case at all. Tristian took the time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle, what I didn't want, and other cars I was considering. I didn't buy that day since I wanted some time think about it and check out some other vehicles at other dealerships, but the next day Tristian reached out to follow-up and answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Once my questions were answered, we discussed the price and I drove over to finalize the deal; super easy and no pressure.
I hope to be driving my new (to me) car for a long time, but next time anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle I will happily recommend Daytona Toyota. I'd also recommend working with Tristian. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and is passionate about helping his customers.

Very happy with brand new Tacoma TRD Sport! Mike Abrams made the process enjoyable from the beginning. Mike was very professional and personable without the high pressure. After I did my research I made three trips to the dealership to decide between two models. Mike put both trucks aside for me for me and I finally decided on one. Jimmy Wilkes negotiated a deal I felt was fair without the hours of back and forth games. The finance department made the final paperwork a breeze, explaining everything to me. Thoroughly enjoyed buying my new truck from Daytona Toyota!!

❗️Horror story alert. I know this is a long and negative review, but if you’re thinking of going here PLEASE read❗️
I bought a 2019 Kia Sportage here in December of 2021. At the time, I was 20 years old, making $14/hour and riding a bicycle two hours a day just to get to and from work so that my wife could take the one car we had to her job. This was my first time ever buying a car, and I wish I could remember the name of the guy who sold it to us because here I am in 2023 and I’m still upside down more than double what this vehicle is worth.
Inexperienced and naive, I didn’t realize that they were selling me a used vehicle for over 12k more than it was worth… in 2021 when we bought it. This made it past me because they kept the focus only on monthly payments, making sure to hide the full cost that they were marking it up to. First, I had asked to see a used car that I could get for around $350 a month. I didn’t want anything crazy, just something reliable. They pulled the Kia around to the front for a test drive and wouldn’t tell me the price, and then afterwards proceeded to tell me that realistically, it was going to cost me about $700/month. This OBVIOUSLY didn’t meet the criteria I’d given them.
After I said that I couldn’t do that, they said “let me see what I can do.” They went to a back room and ran mine and my wife’s credit multiple times without our knowledge, and came back with a slightly lower monthly. Still too high. They proceeded to do this over and over, and completely DESTROYED our credit scores. I had no clue. They made it seem like since “realistically” I could only get a car for $700/month, $498 was doing me a big favor. WRONG. I felt so pressured by them that I caved in and bought it. Huge mistake.
I’m upside down so much on this car that I can’t get rid of it. Someone sure made a killing off of us. ?
