Fantastic customer service by Steve in the parts department... went above and beyond calling me when he saw that the chrome mirror covers I was purchasing probably weren't what I thought they were and wouldn't result in my being able to finish my project. Well, he was right! Got the right parts ordered, even coming up with one that had been lost in inventory when it looked like we were looking at a several month back order.. unbelievable! Thanks, excellent customer service!

Trent, his manager, and the finance guy seemed to want to work with me. I brought my car in running and when my wife and I decided to NOT take the deal, I got in my car and it would not start. As we were leaving, Trent made several rude unprofessional comments. I will not be returning.

Got a cple calls top dollar for trade it they was gonna lower my payments after a few hrs of a very shady deal and for first time ever having them tell me to voluntarily surrender my car cause they lied about top dollar payoff and a bunch of jumbo about paying 800+ a month for 6 months to many signs told me to run while I still had a chance ... this may be normal practice for them but I usage never ever had a dealership ask me to screw my credit up more to get a better deal I am very curious if that is normal so will be checking into it

Buyer BEWARE...This dealership say do anything to get a sale. Quick talk and delivery. Put one figure on contract for our loan owed and then they paid my previous loan $4,000 short. If I didn't catch it, they would've gotten away with it. When I brought it to their attention, they blamed it on the bank and said that they did, indeed give the correct amount and the bank will give us the refund. After speaking with the bank numerous times, it turns out in the end they wrote a check for $4000 less. They denied it and denied it until finally the bank had to come up with a check electronically to show. It was the wrong amount. They have done nothing but try to swindle us out of this money. I wonder how many people he has done this to and they did not catch this. I say fraud.

Received mail with a "your prize is right" match game. Played and it said I won $5000. Even called the location to verify. Drove all the way there for them to tell me although the game clearly said I won, the confirmation number which had nothing to do with the game itself was off by a few numbers. Told me I actually won a $5 gift card to Walmart which I promptly tossed in the trash. Typical dealership, spit in the face and waste of time. Great way to sell cars, send fake winning games to draw people to your dealership only to piss them off and then have the audacity to ask if they want to buy a car.

This place is horrible the salesman Bob is the rudest person ever. My daughter in law needed help getting a vehicle and I had no problem because she's very responsible. I was called asking of I would cosigner I said yes. Everything went through went to sign the paperwork ok fine. My daughter has did her signing the day before. Unbeknownst to me they called her back up telling her she had to resign. Not telling either one of us that what they were doing is putting me as the owner of the vehicle. I found this out a week later from a call from the finance company. Who informed me that they had me as the loan holder. The car company kept telling me that they were wrong and a bunch of other foolery. Now my license is being threatened because of this. I was told by Bob that this is not his issue it's mine. Yet you all get the sales off of trickery. I'm taking this matter further in hopes that Noone else is tricked. Every dealership I have spoken with mouths are wide opened when I called to ask about this.

My wife and I went to Mitsubishi on a Sunday looking for an Outlander. Only dealership I could find within 100 miles of Jacksonville that had a decent selection on Outlanders. Scott was our salesman. He was polite, professional, and accommodating. We had our child with us and he was very kind by moving every vehicle we looked at into the shade. He also had a wealth of knowledge about the different vehicles we asked him about. Negotiations were pleasant compared to past experiences. We got the vehicle we wanted at a fair price after some back and forth. Bob was our finance guy. He was efficient and able to explain ever we had questions about. I like Mitsubishi because of their affordability and reliability. I would recommend this dealership!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I totaled my car in an accident only had a rental vehicle for a week I have horrible credit and was stressed to even attempt to buy a car. Mike (sales man) suggested a co-signer how ever, my co-signer resides in NJ. Mike still convinced me to come in and look at some cars. I did got the financing approved. They mailed the paper work to my co-signer and got me into a brand new outlander sport. While I couldn't take the car till all documents were signed and returned. They took my rental back to enterprise and let me use their loaner car. Everyone was amazingly friendly and fast. Daytona Mitsubishi was exactly what a stress free car buying experience should be! You guys are awesome!
