The staff at Daytona Mercedes service is exceptional in comparison. From the minute I arrived for my appointment, until the day that my car was ready, Mike and the entire staff were extremely professional, honest, and efficient. This is how all dealerships should be. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

We bought our car there it had faded wood grain was raised badly . They never offered to replace it but low and behold 1 year later they were offering a kit at around 800$ , we agreed to have it done . The service manager said it would take a couple days for the kit to come in .... 3-4 weeks later and 6-7 calls to the same guy ... it arrived. He said we can do it in one day . It took 3 days . When we came to pick up the car they wanted us to pay before letting us see it . Finally got to see it and ev looked good . Then they couldn't find the keys ! We asked when we dropped it off to check air in the tire's because the light was on. Nope they didn't do that until we asked the porter to do it . No communication, no organization ESPECIALLY after they have your money !

I would take away stars from this place if I could! Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible management, just all around horrible. They have absolutely no respect for their customers. I have a story that would take pages to write but I refuse to waist anymore time on this company and never will they receive another red cent of my hard earned money again. The only reason I am writing this is to inform people to stay far away from this place!

Took my car in for "B" service which is an oil and filter change and bleed the brake system to replace the brake fluid as required, didn't have any issues with the brakes, just preventive maintenance. I also asked for the differential lube to be changed as required.When I called to set the appointment I was told the "B" service would be $500. which I thought was high, however, when I got there I was told it would be $650. Not Happy with that!The differential lube change was quoted at $200. which I feel is very high for 15-20 minutes of labor and some gear oil. Not Happy with that!I was there 4 hours from start to finish for this simple work, watching the technician who seemed to be having trouble completing the tasks and had to call on other technicians for help. Not Happy with that!Finally the car went to be washed which was very nice.When I got the car back and drove away, I noticed that the brakes were not right, very spongy pedal that went almost to the floor. Now I'm really unhappy!I notified the service writer that I dealt with of the issue and was told it should work itself out but it hasn't. Now it's another trip back to try and get this resolved hopefully with a different, perhaps more experienced technician.Returned today, Saturday, March 4th for correction of brake issues. All issues have been resolved at no charge.Services: Brakes

I had a wonderful experience bringing my car here for service. They offered me an Uber back home while my car was being serviced instead of me having to wait for hours in the lobby. It’s also very clean, they have a snack bar, and of course they do great work.

Absolutely awful service at this location. Over a week from the drop off date, I hadn't received any call/update on what was wrong with the car even after daily attempts to reach my representative and complaining to the manager (Gabby was my representative/service member, and management did nothing). After being without my car for three weeks, and WITHOUT a courtesy vehicle offered to me, they informed me of a national backorder/shortage for the part my car needed. After asking for a courtesy car, I was informed that I do not 'qualify' for a courtesy vehicle due no estimated completion date, per their policy. Now after a month, I still have no courtesy car, no update, and my car is still broken. Additionally, this location seems to prioritize customers a brand new 2022/2023 models over any customer with an older model. Very poor experience overall. Very difficult to call and get information on your cars progress as well.

I had called to test drive 3 different SUV over the course of 3 days-They never bothered to call and let me know that the SUV's had sold- Wasted 3 trips ( 8 miles away).Went in today to get my MBRACE hooked up and NO ONE wanted to help- Waited over an hour and finally found my salesperson and he said "someone will call you back". Salesperson was no help- UselessTo bad that I have to take my Benz to Daytona

Horrible service, no communication and simply rude I called parts they answered the phone "parts hold"Chatted on their site for 3 days "someone will call you". Still waiting! And whoever in parts was just rude and not willing to be helpful or do any research

I just cannot say enough good things about Mike I., in the service advisor team, and Mike K. as a service technician. When it comes time for a new Mer, it will be because of these guys that this is the only place I'll look....and buy! Terrific, well run shop that has its act together! Thank you all for how you treat your customers!

Fantastic service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was above and beyond what we expected. Demetri and Dale provided excellent service and communication during our recent emergency repairs. Thanks to all of the people who took the time to make us feel welcome.

Horrible administrative team.mThis has been an ongoing cycle since 3/1. Today I contact our tag office to find out everything was rejected by them because the received the incorrect payment for taxes.The check/money order was written to the wrong payee.The lien number was not on MV line 1.The ELT number was incorrect. This is not the fault of the DMV, this is the fault of the dealership. How can an established business make that many mistakes with one customer?Please make sure our address is correct.They don't deserve ANY stars.
