The salespeople are nice, but beware and be prepared to be lied to when you get to finance department. I purchased two cars in March 2022 (Mazda Cx 5 and used Subaru Forester). Had a horrible experience with Patrick in Finance. He was rude to me and also very harsh to salesmen Said. I wrote letter to GM Mr. Pandelos. I was told by another employee that Patrick was fired or layed off at a later date. Then On September 30, 2023 I was with my wife who brought a brand new Mazda CX-5. Austin was finance guy but in there with him was Patrick!!! Well my wife was sold on idea for a two year lease by nice Salesman Dan and Helped by nice lady Shanna. So Patrick left the room and Austin did the paperwork when we were sent to finance dept. This is where it went bad. Austin said that it would be good to get a protection plan for wheel scratches or dents and other stuff. He told wife and I that would cost $275.00. We were rushed threw the paperwork not having time to read clearly everything. So Today I was reviewing the yellow contract and there was a protection plan for $595 and service contract for $732.00. Total $1,327.00 Why were we sold that when we were only going to have the car two years on lease and it had bumper to bumper warranty for three years!!! Total ripoff and we were lied to on price of 595.00 plan (was not 275) and dishonestly put in service contract in deal not even knowing we were charged for. (732 dollars) I asked Austin today how much commission or profit did you get on those two items, he said $500.00!!! Basically half the contracts were profit. I have purchased for me and family 54 cars, dealt with many dealerships and never been treated this dishonestly. Maybe Patrick was coaching Young Austin the ropes of the trade. I purchased a car last Saturday at another dealership, There is plenty of competition here I encourage anyone to go to another dealership. Im loyal guy , purchased 7 cars from one sales guy in Jax/Coggin Toyota. I have looked at yelp reviews 3.5 stars and BBB one star. I would like to return the car and be done with Mazda Daytona.

I bought a car here 3 years ago and I was so lied too, It makes me mad to this day. The extra star was because the parts person helped me out and was nice. The salesmen pushed pushed and pushed. I was going hypoglycemic as I am a Diabetes type 2, told them I needed time to myself and all they did was talk faster and shuffle papers faster. I used to paying under MSRP, how do they get away with charging over MSRP? Be prepared on ready if you go there. I suggest visiting someplace like Mullinax, I actually enjoy going to Mullinax, no dark shadows with whispers there, everything is really upfront. BTW I'm driving a Mullinax Ford now.

I love Mazda vehicles but I abhor Daytona Mazda. They have the worst service department I've ever encountered at a dealership. They will lie to you without recourse and they are SLOW beyond belief. Every time I'm there, whether for an oil change or more intensive service, it Ends up being a 2-3 hour ordeal. I recently had two new wheels put on my car and was there almost 3 hours. They originally told me it would be "about an hour". Get serious - every trip here ends up being half a day.

We were blown away by Daytona Mazda and Catherine Garrity! A couple months ago, we were looking for a particular CX-5 and found two in Florida. Daytona Mazda's presented the best and Catherine worked with us on the price. What made this purchase a little out of the ordinary was we were traveling down from Illinois to Florida for a vacation and decided to pick up the car while we were in Florida. Catherine took photos and did a detailed walk-around video for us. Then spent a lot of extra time on the phone working through the details and confirming all the arrangements. Catherine actually had the car delivered to us at the Ft. Meyers airport at no charge. We were able to do a complete physical inspection, sign the paperwork and be on our way in an hour. We've never experienced service like this from any car dealer before. Plus, the car was perfect, just like in the pictures and videos Catherine sent us. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this dealership. Mazda should be proud to have a dealership and people like Catherine representing their brand.

Untrustworthy finance personals. They are not experts. The feed you lies and seem like they never said something when you repeat what they said. I would suggest using another financial company and come in with a preapproval if you desire to buy a car from this location. Because the "tax credit" that you get from trading in your current Mazda, to get a new one is not true. They take it out of the money that is rightfully yours anyways from gap insurance. Say you signed a waiver that was never given to you to sign.

they are liars and they won't follow through with anything after the sale. don't go here. Bought my car and they still haven't given me my key or paperwork and they ripped me off of the veteran discount they offered.

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. Ever. The sales manager and finance manager are the two most incompetent people that I've ever met in my life. I got my loan information and after stating multiple times that I didn't want any of the warranties, they added them anyways about that was about $6000 added onto my loan. Now it's time to get a new decal because I refinanced and the dealership blocked my decal out which means that I've been driving for almost a year on a decal that wasn't ever registered. Save yourself the anxiety, frustration and drive and DO NOT go here!!!!!

I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado from this place, they told me they inspected the vehicle and everything was in great condition , they said it was like a brand new truck. Not even the first week I took the truck back because i spent 600 dollars on gas , just the first week . Turn out that the cylinder was messed up . they had the car in the shop for a week and didn't even give me a rental . Wasted a whole week just for them to tell me they couldn't fix it . I try to get out the contract but they ghost me . Took it to the Chevrolet dealership since I got warranty and not only it had one problem but two different problems . The chip set was damaged and the cylinder. Another week in the shop . Each time I call and reported the the problem . they only had the nerves to only tell me my service advisor is busy , he would call you back shortly . 5 month later, My car breakdown again . now my truck is in the shop ,I call again and they told me the same thing I requested to speak with a manager but they said the same thing again. they don't wanna call me back or connect me. Still wait for the manager or The service advisor to call me back . but apparently they never call back and now I'm out of pocket 1,300 cause my truck over heated in the middle of the road and my radiator pop . Now my car been in the shop for 2 weeks. I can't get to work again which I'm losing 3800 since that's what I make in a 2 week paycheck plus 1300 to repair my car . And Daytona Mazda don't want to take responsibility for selling me a piece of junk . Since it already broken down 3 times In a couple months of purchase. Also the fact that they left out a big concerning part , that when the truck got trade in, the engine was swap on the vehicle. And the last owner put 25,000 miles in 4 to 5 days . But nooo the car is in perfect condition that what they say. I wouldn't trust this dealership at all. They just wanna get paid . After they sell you the car they don't give two craps about their customer ... anyway I'll post all the receipts tmr since I got it all documented. I have all the paper work that shows that it's been at the shop . And the fact that Im paying 800 dollars a month for a truck that goes to the shop every month. Imagine losing 13,300 dollars cause your car doesn't work . And you can't make it to work ... and they don't care . But if it was them losing 13,300 dollars they would be uptight . But because I'm a customer that they don't care . Why even bother . They ain't losing cause they already sold the car and succeeded on playing games in the first 3 weeks for me to not be able to get off the agreement... still waiting for their call back .

I'm in from out of town and needed a tire. Found out that my car has locking hubs and I had no key(bought the car used). I decided to go to the dealership since they have a master key. Chris Jones in the service department was very helpful and responsive. They pulled the locking hubs and put regular ones in their place. Chris had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and did it free of charge. That kind of fast, responsive service is almost unheard of these days. Would recommend this business to anyone.

After spending two and a half days online and over-the-phone with this dealership I decide on a 2017 Nissan Juke SV that they have advertised on their website as well a larger website. When all is said and done I decided I wanted the car and went through all the paperwork and was approved. But once I drove from Jacksonville to Daytona they try to bait and switch me with a Nissan Juke base model. Then they tried to convince me that the one that I was looking at online was the base model. But I had saved all of the photographs and the screenshots that I had taken and then I went back to their website where it still listed as an SV with a moonroof sunroof turbo engine but instead it was a base unit it had no get-up-and-go no turbo no sunroof. So we're just driving it and I say to her spring has no Giddy Up and Go there's something wrong with the turbo she says this car doesn't have a turbo I said then it is not an SV and I looked up and sure enough no sunroof. She then went on to tell me that the SV did not have a sunroof or a turbo. Bottom line they tried to pull a bait-and-switch false advertising. Don't buy from this dealership do not trust them no matter how trusting they may appear this was not the first issue but I wanted the vehicle if it was what they said it was and so I ignored other red flags so I guess it's my own fault for trusting them. On top of all of that they did not offer one apology or try to help me get into another car after me driving all the way from Jacksonville and I'm a cancer patient. And they knew that. So I wasted two days money driving there my energy and my time and my father's time it was a horrible horrible day and I was crying all the way back to Jacksonville. And I'm not like that I am not easy to trigger. Shop anywhere else but not here.

Went to Daytona Mazda, and had a great time checking out the cars. Initially, we wanted a CX 30, but discovered the CX 3 met our needs best. We got a great deal of info, facts and insights from our salesperson Popeye ( yep, like the sailor-man)! I am a challenging customer to deal with, but the staff helped me get a fair deal without a big fanfare of BS or bloodletting. The finance was the easy part. JB ( Jason) , had the details wrapped up faster than any dealership I have dealt with. I hate long waits especially in these times. What a pleasant guy! Very personable, and straightforward with the financing, and benefits of warranties! Got a great vehicle for a wonderful deal, and got a very fair trade in price for my vehicle. Coincidentally, be sure to check out the underside of the Mazda on the platform on the way to the ( wonderful) coffee machine. Fascinating! Very Veteran friendly dealership! Kudos to everyone there!

Cat made the purchase of our Mazda CX-5 online wonderful! She was diligent in finding the exact car we wanted. We were able to drive to the dealership, spend about an hour filling out paperwork, then spent the day at the beach and drove our new car home, flawless! That is how you should buy a car!
