I brought them my boat for repair. David the owner was whom I was dealing with. They took approximately $2800.00 to repair port side engine power trim stuck up. After picking up boat I was told it has been repaired along with other maintenance items. Returned to my Marina. Test power trim at my Marina. Power trim still not working. Called David. Still having same issues. This among a few phone calls he decided to have his mechanic come to the Marina. Replaced a 52.00 dollar relay. Still not working. Motor port side is stuck up. Was told by David I should find someone else to repair my boat. Not willing to fix or refund the money I paid for the repair he said would fix it.
He will avoid your calls. He will take your money! Tell you to go somewhere else to have it fixed after you paid him to fix it.

We were having AC issues and were referred here by the AC repairman (yeah idk either). Went in to talk to them as we had some issues with the prior manager but I was looking forward to giving them a second chance with the new manager. Thankfully, it worked out great. I was wanting to bring the boat in for service but he told me to call the AC manufacturer. The AC manufacturer was extremely helpful and had me back in business in less than a week. Appreciate quick, competent service and this made my day.

We had our bottom done there and needed a few other items, fairly major, to be done as well as having an outside vendor allowed on their yard to install a full electronics package. They were incredible. Glen handled everything and the owner David was a pleasure to deal with. A few issues BUT! In boating everything has a screw up! It’s how you recover that is remembered. This place rocks.

This was my first visit to this marina, We came here to join in the celebration some friends were having to rename their newly acquired Hatteras 53' Motor-yacht. I can't speak of the management here but the safe harbor accommodations seemed more than adequate. The location is absolutely amazing located off of Beach Street and directly behind "The Chart House" restaurant I mean to access my buddies boat I have to walk right behind the restaurant's rear entrance and from the rear of the yacht you have the perfect view of the traffic navigating the Intra-Coastal Waterway in my opinion you're just a cocktail away from paradise. The mooring docks seem to be in good condition included full utilities, this place can handle the big boats and being a full service marina including a Harbor Master, repair and maintenance facilitie it pretty much checks all the boxes. I'm told it currently doesn't offer full-time living but extended stays are acceptable.Like I stated, at this time I don't have a need being I have a residential dock at my home that I don't fully utilize but it's always nice to see what available if things change in the future...

We just weathered Nicole here and couldn’t be more impressed with David, Bob and their crew. First they didn’t turn us away like other marinas, which was huge, and they watched over the boat and us from start to finish. They walked the docks checking lines and bumpers in the middle of the night and even when you couldn’t even see it because it was underwater plus saved boats when owners weren’t onboard. In my opinion this is a stop not to be missed. That’s without mentioning The Chart House is at the head of the dock. Thanks to all we are safely heading south this morning.
