Absolutely do not buy a vehicle from here. I called them to inquire about a used vehicle that they have on their lot and they straight lied to my face about a hit-and-run that happened on the vehicle, and when I vocalized to them that I am no longer interested in buying that vehicle from them, they called me not once, not twice, not three times, but four times harassing me and on the fourth call. Did the guy tell me " if I have to get aggressive with you to get your sales, then I will "verbatim. And these unprofessional people wonder why they never get any sales? It's because you have zero customer service skills and zero sales skills. He was cussing at me, wouldn't even stop calling me after I told him if he doesn't stop harassing me, I'll get the police involved. And only did they stop once I brought up the fact that I will get a lawyer involved if they do not leave me alone.

My daughter just bought her car at Infiniti. Impressive experience. Fantastic used car pricing. Sandy in sales was very enthusiastic and even sent us a video of car when we were delayed getting out to see it. Even with less than stellar credit was daughter got her dream car at a price she could afford. Jeffrey in finance is incredible. 5 stars for Jeffrey!All in all a positive experience which is often hard to say when shopping for a vehicle.

My wife and kids had a great interaction and experience with our Daytona INFINITI sales staff. The customer service was the most transparent and decent I can remember when at a dealership. The % s, and the best options, were made available to us based on what we requested. Our satisfaction was their primary concern; it felt like the sales staff showed us the best deals they could, and weighed many factors in coming to a conclusion. I would recommend Daytona INFINITI to others in the future.

We are happy and very satisfied with our salesman's service!!! Cole should be hailed salesman of the year forever! He is efficient, kind, friendly not to mention very funny. We felt so welcomed with his approach and treatment to us being new to the US. I always tell my friends he is born for this. Cole, hats off to you!!! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Daytona Infiniti, Alex was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. I also have to applaud David the sales manager for going above and beyond to make sure the deal happened and to make me happy and secure in my purchase. I have purchased 3 vehicles from the auto mall and I will be back. So far no issues with anything.

9/19/2023 p.m.Follow up!!!I received a direct call from the general manager, Luis Pena and he is going to replace the windshield, plus return the car freshly detailed and a full tank of gas. Mr. Pena was very respectful and professional!!! Thank you Mr. Pena!!!! Much appreciated!! Changed my rating from a 3 to a 5!!!9/19/23 a.m.We purchased a 2020 QX60 a few weeks ago. The front windshield had a sales offer written with a dealer marker. It is not visible when dry, via the naked eye. It is cleary visible in the morning dew. This product has cured itself to the windshield. We brought the vehicle to a dealer closer to us, however, they could not remove the residual product from the windshield. I called back to Daytona and they picked up our car, dropped off a loaner, and returned the car back less than 48 hours. The writing is still on the windshield. We made several attempts to our sales rep to address the damage. We did not buy this car "as is". They came back a second time. Additional miles, more gas used. They returned it last time on an empty tank. I called this moring to find out the status. I was told that it is not coming off and only slightly visible. Nothing else.

We had pleasure of having Sandy as our sales rep. She was fantastic! We traveled several hours to look at the vehicle. We arrived at 630 and they closed at 7. It was 701 and we were just getting back from the test drive, we proceeded to purchase and didn't leave till around 9 pm. Sandy and her co-workers stayed without a hint of frustration for having to stay 2 hours over for a used vehicle sale! All the employees demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism despite the late hour. They ensured our questions were addressed. We are very pleased to finally have our vehicle of choice, after looking at numerous others from both private and dealerships.

On May 3, 2023 we went to Daytona Infiniti to see a vehicle that we were told was not there upon arrival. (This is fine) As we went through the process, the price of the car was not discussed but the monthly cost and duration of the loan were. At the signing table, we saw the cost of the car and when I mentioned the minor issues with the car, we were told about packages that were an additional cost that would cover the problems. One being the platinum package, another a tire package. We were not offered an extended warranty for the vehicle at signing. As we were leaving, I asked for the paperwork which I was told would be mailed to us because it was the end of the business day. After one week, I contacted the dealership for the paperwork that was promised, it had not been sent. On May 24, we were asked to come back into the dealership because the finance person "Matt" made an error on a tax rebate. He assured us that all numbers were the same as prior. We again did not receive a copy of the paperwork because "it was raining" and Matt was heading out. We have been working with David, who has resolved some of the issues such as a registration issue where they did not register the vehicle although they provided us with a new sticker. After signing, we were told that Matt took it upon himself to remove the platinum package that we originally signed for on May 3 in order to fix the tax rebate issue. David has worked to add this package back. I've spent over 15 hours trying to get paperwork sent to us from the May 24 signing. We've been promised that the paperwork would be emailed, printed and left in the vehicle after a detail of the car, mailed to us and still it has not been provided. It is September 6, we have no paperwork from Daytona Infiniti from May 24 signing. The numbers on the vehicle do not add up. The price of the car was well above market value which we found out on the May 3 paperwork which was just mailed to us in August.

I had a good experience buying here. I was satisfied with my trade in offer and paperwork went about as fast as possible. My final decision on purchase was based largely on the way the salesperson Sandy approached with a no-pressure and very casual demeanor. Some customers respond better when they are given time to process and don’t feel under pressure, I being one of them. I highly recommend Sandy and it was exciting to be her first sale.And always get the extended warranty.

I bout a used truck 7/15/23 . The sales guys where great took my trade that was not in good shape . The truck I bought had some serious issues . I told them I would not buy it because it had issues. They offered a warranty. I agreed that I would buy the truck as long as I could use the warranty the next week the problems with the truck where bad enough that I would not be able to drive it long . 8/9/23 the truck has been sitting in my driveway for over a week unable to drive . I have called the dealership multiple times a day for over a week trying to find out when my warranty would be active so I can have the truck repaired. Some times you get a call back . They just keep putting you off say they have to talk to someone else or one fiance guy dose not know what the other one has done and there's a hold up with the contract . What started out as a really good experience has completely took a 180 .

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Felipe and Sam were outstanding. Literally in an out in 30 minutes. Amazing deals, amazing customer service, 5 stars across the board!!! Wish I could give 6!

Let me start by saying: they will not treat your parents well here. If that isn't enough here's the rest. Absolute worst service experience I've ever had. These people are incompetent, their dealer invoice app is a scam, and I'd wager that Diane the service rep is illiterate. Also texting customers in all caps? Grow up. Staff issues aside I stated 3 times when I scheduled my service what the vehicle needed. I get there, they look at me like I have 3 heads and suggest they may have to get the part? I told you what it needed and I'm ready to pay why isn't it here? Then suddenly they do have the part but it ends up being defective on installation. So first the story isn't straight, now I'm I'm waiting extra time. Then Diane has the nerve to cop an attitude despite me doing everything I could to have them prepared to service my mother's vehicle. Then as punishment for even asking about the vehicle, they ignored us for the evening so we would be without the car for an extra day. These people are useless. Take the trip and sit in traffic on the way to Sanford or Orlando you'll be better off. Scottie, who I believe was the manager is the only one who attempted to make this right with my mother, and frankly it wasn't enough for me.
