8:30pm woman at desk talking to someone on her ear buds while I'm checking in. Says no I'm not talking to you, when I asked her to repeat herself. After going to room 321 there were bugs crawling on bed and pillow, about 8-10. Took my things to desk and said I can't stay there with the bugs and she tells me she has to check the room before giving me another room, while continuing to talk to someone on her earbuds. Your conversation is that important, to not do your job and focus in me the customer. I did tell the manager the next day, didn't blink an eye to her behavior or the bugs. The lobby was dirty and coffee was cold with no cups. Trash laying around outside. Limited parking Go down the street to the Quality Inn- happy pleasant staff, super clean and better location!!!

Very nice rooms and common areas. Only shortcoming was the breakfast that would have been excellent if the food was served at a proper temperature. Had to dig to the bottom of the pan to find an omelette and sausage patty that was warm. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully breakfast bar attendant will be properly trained by then.

We are having work done on our house, and it looks like a demolition zone! We booked this room at the last minute. Got a great deal! Very comfortable and clean. I broke my foot several weeks ago, I'm using a walker and my foot is in a splint. They put us into an ADA room! Very nice. The clerk was very kind. He helped us adjust the thermostat and close the curtains. We were both discombobulated due to just moving here, the work on the house, and then me breaking my foot. The kindness of the night clerk, and the friendliness of the day staff made me feel safe and welcomed. The hot breakfast the next morning was very good! I wish we were staying longer! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel. Stayed in the King Suite, great room with huge bed, seating area and well fitted bathroom. Lots of storage, mirror and great TV. Room was on ground floor with easy access. Would be great for anyone with disabilities. Staff very helpful on arrival. Especially Ismail who booked us in. Thankyou

We stayed the night here on our way to Miami. The room was nice. Very clean and large. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Very convenient to Daytona and I95.

Excelente customer service! Everyone was super attentive and caring. The breakfast was great and staff constantly asking if you need anything else. Over all a very nice stay, definitely recommend and would comeback again.

Room was clean before hand and spacious, with good breakfast. Ask for Gary. Great location right next to the race track. Staff were super nice and reachable. Would definitely recommend for friends and family.

It's was a great experience, excellent suite and great staff services Good location, close a a nice places, malls, beaches, a lot of places to eat with the family. Maybe in a future we are coming back.

2-day stay, however, no room service or towels as requested. The cleaning staff was on the floor when we left at 0930 after day 1. No response from the front desk as well. Stocked out of breakfast food on both days. Long waits at the front desk and no one is available, particularly at checkout. Lodged a complaint with Choice Hotels corporate, and now I am being told nothing can be done. Poor planning, management, and execution at this property and Choice Hotels Customer Service.

I strongly recommend this venue for all types of events. The way The owners have set up this place is unlike our other local venues. Lot's of room to monuver around in each area of this place. And of course multi types games to keep you entertained
