Codes came up for adoptive cruise control to get to a shop right away several times and shop couldn't find them? Air conditionermade a very loud noise from engine and they din't fix that

The sales staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also, kept me updated on my vehicle's production progress and familiarized me with it's operation. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Top notch service and a service advisor (Jimmy) who went the extra mile to keep me informed. Provided a rental car when repairs took over 3-4 days. I will go back!

I will never recommend this dealership, worst experience ever as a non-customer. I went in for a recall part unfortunately, it took them two hours to just tell me they didn’t have the part.. then no one ever called me when the parts came in.. I waited nearly 3 weeks and had to contact them, they lied about calling me and gave me poor excuses of why I may have not gotten the call. I had to contact them multiple times, left messages for a Service Manager ( Shuan DeBose ) that I was told would contact me to never received a response. He in fact was very dismissive from the get go, if I’m not mistaken I believe the customers come first.. coming from a person with 15+ years experience in customer service and sales… So I had already had a bad some bad experiences, I had to go in to get my recall part put in so I committed to it. So I hand the service manager my vehicle, they take pictures prior work being done and I get an estimated time of and hour and hour and a half… I said okay, no problem. Service advisor comes back says it’s going to take 3 hours.. well of course I said okay, and waited patiently. They return my vehicle to me about 2 hours later, the service advisor and I begin to look over the car and I see that the sides of my bumper is off and looks flared out! My car was not like that, I also noticed that my bumper had a number of grey like damage all over that was not there prior and they were not on the original photos before going into service!! I tell the service manager he needs to correct the issues, that I did not bring my vehicle in this way and would like for my vehicle to be the same way it was supposed to be… I was furious. I was left waiting for a good bit of time, they took the car back and miraculously “fixed” the bumper on the sides… but that was short lived as I noticed the bumper was still misaligned when I got back home.. they did not fix it, they covered it up somehow.. they bring this Service Manager out to me and he begins to to tell me the vehicle’s bumper is exactly like it’s supposed to be.. No, it wasn’t! Then I tell him about all the grey scuff marks and he tells me it’s lovebug damage?! How when I got my car washed two days ago and my bumper was not at all like that!!! He proceeded to dismiss me, said the car was like that, and so forth disrespectfully at that.. he couldn’t even look me in the face and had his eyes closed the majority of the time he was speaking to me.. the eye rolling and shear disrespect was to not look me in my face while speaking was more than enough to make any person upset. I took it as he treated me that way because I am a women and wouldn’t defend myself. I did, but he didn’t take the accountability for his service team’s mistakes!!! So the lack of communication skills, accountability, arrogance, dismissive attitude, and the apparent inability to see the utter difference between before and after my vehicle was in their care was undeniably pure neglect on behalf of their service Manger and team! I reached out to the owner Randy Dye, he did respond, but I did not feel comfortable nor do I think their service team have the ability to service my vehicle properly! Sadly I am having to find another way to get my vehicle fixed properly and having to pay for it out of my own pocket. I highly do not recommend this dealership or service center for vehicle service! I’ve gone to many other dealerships here in Daytona Beach I have never been treated so poorly!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. How do they get high Google reviews? I must be a target for bad service. Everyone should be aware that your appointment time is actually only a drop off time. A service person eventually explained that to me. He said it may take a few days to actually diagnose or repair the vehicle. I have owned many new cars. Every other dealership I've encountered works on your car on the day of appointment. If they dont, they call you. Daytona does not. Also, this service department doesn't contact the customer to give updates. You have to call them to get an update, but the service rep probably won't take your call or call you back. Next issue is my vehicle sat there for three days and it did not even get a diagnostic. I needed the vehicle because I use it for work. I had to pick it up on day three without the repair. The service rep said he would send a technician to my house to do the required 30 minute repair. He said this in front of other employees and he acted like he was the hero to save the day. We shook hands on it. This seemed like a great favor to me because it requires 3 hours of travel time for me to drop off the vehicle and 3 hours travel time to pick it up. Well, he never sent the tech or called me to explain. I sent the service rep a text and left 3 messages and he still didn't call back. Next, I called everyone in the chain of command, up to the general manager, to get this site visit set up. All of them ghosted me. Not a single call back. Never again. I will drive right past this place next time. That is a shining example of bad service.

In the last few years my husband and myself have bought locally 2 Lexus 1 Cadillac 3 Lincolns 5 Bentleys & 3 Rolls-Royce’s! In July we decided to buy a 2024 hellcat premium from Daytona dodge & $10,000 over MSRP. Our sales guy was Chris Stevenson such a nice very professional young man! A few days later we noticed the driver side window had a crack in it we called the dealership they admitted that they knew about it while I was on the phone I noticed lots of cracks in the rear tail light where water had gotten in it. Our sales guy apologized and told us to bring it back and they would fix it! We took it back to the dealership and we spoke to 4 men they all apologized and said they did not know what happened to the vehicle but don’t worry we will fix it! I told them I could not believe that they waxed and washed it and did not notice all this damage! Then the general manager Chris Schwerdt came out he also said he would fix it and he looked me in the face and said I know what happened to your Hell cat “ you shut your garage door down on it” I said sir that is not true at all ,our garage door stops it will not go all the way down anyway and we have money to fix it if that was the case! This guy was so mean and so rude I cannot believe that he would talk to a woman the way he spoke to me I got in my car and left crying! An hour later I got a phone call from the salesman saying that Nikki Risley asked me to take down my Google review that they had seen after I left the dealership,which had already been up the day before! So I decided I better take it down or they were the kind of people that would not fix it if I did not give into their demands! After I took it down the next day I got a disturbing phone call from the general sales manager Chris Schwerdt . Saying he was not gonna fix it because he was not responsible !I took a picture of what he said to me on voicemail and I will include it in this review! My husband called Nikki Risley and she would not return our calls! I could not sleep at night worried about my vehicle that I paid cash for …knowing that I was gonna have to spend a few thousand dollars to get it fixed myself! On the morning that I was to take my car down to get the window fixed I started looking through my phone and realized I had photographed that truck on the lot before I purchased it! I blew up the pictures and I was so relieved..Knowing that I had proof that they sold me a broken brand new Hell cat and called me a liar!!That these people accused me of shutting my garage door down on my new hellcat SUV! I showed up and I showed my car salesman & the service manager all of my photographs it was clear as day that it was cracked & had many cuts on it !!Both of their mouths dropped open! We left the place & two hours later they called me they told me the window was fixed and the part was in and I could pick the car up the next morning! This was fixed and literally one day! This all could’ve been taken care of ASAP instead of me being bullied by these people! I had such a poor experience in that dealership I have never been treated like this in my entire life I will never go back again and I will buy my cars in Orlando like I always have! Buyers Beware! I worry about this happening to someone else and they may not have the money to fix the vehicle after they drive it off the lot and it is broken! That is the reason that I am writing this review! I don’t want this to happen to someone else! It still hunts me to this day my experience at the dealership! I thank God every day that I have those photographs if I had not had those photographs I would’ve had to pay for my car to get fixed that they damaged! To this day the general sales manager Chris Schwerdt has not apologize to me! After the repairs and I picked it up they promised it would be washed and detailed and it was not! The tire rims was filthy and there were dead bugs on the hood! And the tree debris was still in the windowsills like they were the day it was purchased!! a total nightmare!!
