Where do I begin !!!!!Mr. Guild made our family weekend memorable ! We screwed up and didn’t know about HOA rules and had work to be done to our home ! In less than 4 hours he was able to assist which I feel him and his team understood and had empathy that things do happen. My spouse and I are military members and this really meant something to us because I am deploying soon. Thank you and your team! You didn’t leave us hanging or stop communication through whole process until the outcome !! 100% recommended and care about our needs. Daytona Realty is definitely a keeper !

Don't fix anything cant contact anyo e to get then fixed but if you pay your rent a day late 100$ late fee.
.when my lease says 65$..then have you evicted for non payment when my rent has been paid every single month pluse the extra they tax on witch now i found out is very illegal...be carefull of this company..
After all of this there landscape company comes by and horrible ruins my paint on a brand new car...i call for month to try to ask them to stop it from happening....in stead of the company take care of the matter they sent the landscape "company" to keep coming and doin the same thing over .....so after I call the police to make note of it .....he come the own of the landscape company screaming and yelling and then punches.me.in the face........i would say stay far from this rental company.

Most unresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Will NOT return calls, will not address any issues in a condo that I own, roadblocks all the way.
