While on vacation in Ormond Beach FL, the back glass on my F350 shattered the day that I was leaving to go back home to Sherbrooke, Qc, Canada. Since I was headed up to Myrtle Beach I had inquired about having it repaired there, but I was quoted 2 to 3 WEEKS!!!! The local Ford dealership in Ormond Beach FL suggested I call Precision Auto Glass. I am very glad I did. Rarely have I met such an efficient man as Tim. He was able to order the part, and then he installed it the next day. All in all the repair was done in less than 36 hours. I have rarely seen such service! The value of his service is exceptional, I was expecting it to cost me much more than what he charged, that is a VERY pleasant surprise. Thanks Tim! You saved my ass while I was on vacation! I left a message on Sunday about repairing a shattered window on my Acura. By 9:30 AM Monday morning, someone called me with a quote. It was not quite as low as another company in the area, but since Precision had such a high rating on Yelp, I decided to go with them. By Tuesday afternoon, they came to my house at no extra charge and had the window installed and working properly in less than an hour.

I just moved to the area with my 1972 Pontiac Bonneville and found rain water had leaked into my trunk from a tropical depression storm. The back glass needed to be re-bedded. On a Saturday morning, I Googled auto glass repair in Daytona Beach and tried all the phone numbers. All but one shop had a voice mail that offered "Press 1 for a quote." I tried and tried and never got anyone on the phone. It was always the same voice mail message? Then I tried Precision Auto Glass and Tim's voice mail answered and I left him a message about re-bedding my back window. We talked Monday morning and he could take the car into his shop late that afternoon. He offered to do the re-bedding in my driveway but, I felt because of the age of the car that it would be best to have him do the work in his garage in case there was any problem like hidden rust or the glass breaks during removal? Tim had the undamaged back glass out in 30 minutes Monday afternoon with a plan to re-bed the glass the next morning. I was very impressed with Tim's auto glass knowledge and skills. Got a call from Tim next morning at about 9:30 that the car was ready for pick up! Amazing service! When I picked up the car, the chrome trim around the back window was perfectly re-installed and the glass was clean. And my cost for this re-bedding (without needing any rust repair) was so reasonable - just labor and supplies. Great auto glass repair shop. Highly recommend Tim and Precision Auto Glass. The national windshield repair/replace shops would not do this work.

Absolutely amazing work. Our sunroof shattered and Ford was saying to was going to take 2 to 3 days to be installed. We called our insurance, they recommended us to Precision Auto Glass. The service was done in 15 minutes. Couldn't be more grateful!

This is an update to my review I hastily gave 5 days ago. Unfortunately, I relied on the word of an employee & owner that the windshield being installed was Ford OEM CARLITE. It was NOT. We discovered this when we washed the vehicle. The owner was rude, when contacted and wouldn't email proof that according to him it came from Ford. He told the insurance company he faxed it, but he did not have a fax number. So, if original equipment does not matter to you, this is your place. The installation was not the issue, just the deceptiveness. The installation was fine, so far. Although I am not sure it has the rain sensing option it was suppose to have.

Tim and his team are wonderful! My drivers side power window broke on a Thursday. Dropped off a friend at her house where Precision Auto Glass and Mirror was there replacing the windshield on her truck. Got a card from the team member, called on Friday and by Saturday it was fixed. Very pleased with the work and excellent staff. I will use Tim and his team in the future.

I visited this place by chance and they were the NICEST and most professional people I have ever get dealt with! Not only were they able to find a window to replace my 08 Town N Country rear window, they did it cheaper than the 6 places I called before them and ON CHRISTMAS EVE ???. I hate to admit I’m not the best person who gives the highest tips, but Steve made me WANT to reach into my pocket and show my appreciation. He played with my kids and kept them entertained while the window was being repaired. I adore their service and how quick they turned the worst Christmas Eve into a better one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Wow these people are so good at what they do. They are the nicest most professional people ever. I had a appointment for 8 am to take my brand new 2020 F150 there to replace my windshield by time the secretary (nicest lady in the world) and I where off the phone with the insurance company the guys where done with my truck. It looks so nice you can't even tell it was replaced thank you y'all rock
