The Auto Body shop in the Auto Mall have given the absolute worst service I have EVER received at any dealership. I brought my Benz in for repair and it has been nothing short of a nightmare for the last FOUR weeks.
The communication is next to none. There is no urgency to assist with questions or concerns. I was told for three weeks that my taillight was on back order and they “didn’t know where the part was because they can’t get a hold of anyone at Benz”. The part finally came in and then I received a phone call from my insurance company saying they have been calling the body shop for three days with no reply. I was then told “he’s probably calling the wrong number, w haven’t updated our number on Google”. The dealership has had my car for 2 weeks and it’s still not fixed.
Worst experience ever, next time I’ll take the hour drive to Orlando because convenience of being in Daytona definitely isn’t worth it.

I just had my first service on my 2022 f150.
Service manager was very professional. The time was minimal, and my truck had no signes it was in the garage. I thank the mechanics for taking the time to keep my vehicle clean. I used my Ford pass rewards

This place is big so you can get lost. Service is good, but it's a dealer, so watch out for "extra services" and ask for details for approval before the job is done so you can take out those unnecessary "recommendations"
