Excellent service. Associate was helpful in answering my questions and when I called for help leveling one of the fans after install gave me the contact info for someone who specializes in leveling the fans. Also recommended a product to help extend the life of the metal for my outdoor fans. Purchased 3 of the Bombay models.

Great place to do business. Fan's are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Purchased our first high-efficiency DC motor fan w/ a lifetime warranty. They could have sold us an additional fan, but thought the capacitor had gone bad. Sure enough... brought the part in and they changed out the capacitor, and a new switch, at a nominal price. Works perfectly. Love our new fans! Thanks Derrick for all your help! We'll be back

A huge shout-out to Mike and Derek. They are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and courteous. They were able to accurately answer all of our questions. Their recommendations were spot on and took into account our wants/needs, while taking into consideration function and aesthetics. They made purchasing the ceiling fans a breeze. The selection and quality of products at Dan's Fan City are excellent. The prices are reasonable. The warranties attached to the fans are a bonus. Dan's Fan City handles that process so if anything goes wrong there's only one place to call. I look forward to working with Mike and Derek and Dan's Fan City in the future.

Dan's fan city is an incredibly valuable business. Being able to find parts from new to old fans is priceless these days. Huge thanks to the older gentlemen for the free capacitor, saved me buying a new fan! I will definitely be back if I need any parts.

My wife and I decided to go to a couple lighting and fans stores in the Daytona area. Goal was to look for 5 fans for our new home. Mike was the representative that answered our questions and steered us in the right direction. This store allows you to create your personalized/custom fan (pick the motor, fan fin style, length, color/finish, and light combination). Effectively giving you thousands of possible combinations. We went to another local store that gave us tons of Vendor books and the fans were essentially the same thing that you could do at Dan’s fan city. The prices at Dan’s were awesome for the convenience and options (1/3rd of the price too compared to the other place we went to that claimed they were “wholesale”). Install price of fans also very reasonable too. We are returning with our order soon! Great find and thanks Dan the fan man.
