It is a busy CVS, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The shelves are generally filled and stocked with proper sales tags. The otc (fsa/hsa) is labeled. Their seasonal aisles always have something new and different. Overall, it is a great place.

Pharmacy and in particular the lead male pharmacist, is just ridiculous, rude and unhelpful - ONLY exception was the girl with pink hair who checked me out. I am on psych meds, and in particular Adderall. I dropped my script off on a Tuesday, and was told it couldn't be filled till the next day due to insurance. Ok fine, but I let them know it is a morning med and that I would be coming to pick up in the morning when they opened. Checked the app the next day before heading over and the status was that they did not have the med in stock and would have to order it and will take 2 business days. 5 days go by with the status remaining the same in the app. All this time I'm without an important med. I call on day 5 and of course have to leave a message. Pharmacist calls back and tells me that not only have they not ordered the med, but it is a brand that they don't even carry, let alone order. So if I had not called, no one would have let me know this IMPORTANT information. I have had issues with this particular male pharmacist before and after this experience I will be going to another pharmacy. Lost a very good customer because I live very close by.

The drive through prescription pickup is a joke. Nobody seems to be tending the window. If you call you can't get a live person. Horrible service

Cannot reach the pharmacy via the phone through their ridiculous phone tree. I need to ask a question and can't get a real person on the line. Absolutely terrible

Got stuck at the self-checkout and was assisted by the manager. Did not catch his name, but he was very assistive and ensured we got out the door in a timely manner. I hope the manager knows I look at his service as an inspiration and wish to deliver service like that as well. Very informative!

I appreciate my experience at this location because of Mr. Will. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very efficient. He was able to link my care card to my account so that I could use my coupons. What he didn’t know was prior to my visit in the store, I spoke to two CVS representatives over the phone because I could not make an online order. They were unable to resolve the issue.
I will be an in store shopper because Mr. Will is truly Amazing! Blessings to you for making a difference.

I made a purchase and was greeted by the cashier Will. The best cashier I have encountered since being on this planet for 65 years! He was very efficient and pleasant. Will is the man!!! 5 stars!!

Get printer paper take care of people who need documents printed, dont act like I and all the customers are idiots for having a document printed at your store i needed it done in a pinch and you guys were a let down

Had pain in my tooth. All I did is ask this guy if he worked here and he was such a jerk like I was stupid for asking. I recommend another store. Wow, can't even ask a employee a question. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid this store.

0 stars do not recommend. The retail staff is fin but every pharmacy staff person is rude, disrespectful and nasty. I HATE having to go here and am always treated rudely. To the point where i will drive 14 minutes out of the eway when sick to not have to go here. Today was the last straw. my daughter had the flu. You cannot check the RX status by phone without the RX number or all other info. So i have to go in. A lady is moved in front of me in line because "she's been here before/" I'll remember that preferential treatment next time. Don't let my daughters wheezing and coughing bother you. MOST AWFUL PLACE EVER!!
