This health club is by far THE BEST HEALTH CLUB HANDS DOWN ANYWHERE YOU GO! Priscilla the “Personal Trainer” is an amazing trainer. She picked my flaws apart and gave me hope. I’ve visited Deltona, Clearwater and others. Today I saw Jennifer the manager using a sweeper on the floor. When management is proactive in the up keep of their work place. Victor the manager makes his rounds in the locker rooms. I’ve seen the staff clean the saunas every weekend Ive used it. NEVER SEEN THAT AT FOLDS GYM! I have memberships to all the Daytona Beach Gyms. NON COME CLOSE TO QUALITY OF CRUNCH! Thanks for a great gym!

My daughter was in town to visit me for 4 days. She went to Crunch Fitness to work out and was told she had to pay $10/day to work out because she has a $10/month membership back home in another state. Wouldn't even give her a guest pass since she's in town visiting family for 4 days. She couldn't bring herself to pay $10 each day when she pays $10 per month back home so she skipped working out. Not a huge deal but it's the principle and it seemed petty. Welcome to Daytona Beach.

Please pay close attention to the review rating and count the number of one and two star reviews; then read Crunch responses to their customer issues then, RUN! Do not under any circumstances join this gym. No physical bill or contract after repeated request. Charges to pay the bill with your card. If you sign up with them after paying them for a year of nasty rooms and beds; (hair, sand, and whatever in the gym, electricity issues repeatedly without providing a discount or any compensation for not providing the services that were paid for and contracted they will try to force you to continue a membership (under this same contract) by charging a maintenance fee plus refuse to cancel your membership until you provide medical records; which is clearly a HEPA Violation all while buying time to continue to bill you for additional months (passing the buck back and forth between the home gym and the corporate office) after you have requested cancellation for more and more fees. If anyone is interested in starting a class action lawsuit I will be happy to join along with several other people they are treating the same way.

Signed up online for a free day trial to determine if this gym is a good fit for me. I immediately received a call from a staff person to schedule a tour of facility and discuss membership options. I arrive on day of appointment where they have no record of the appointment. However, I was able to provide proof of call with staffer and text confirmation of the appointment.Due to unavailable staff, tour couldn't be performed and a followup date wasn't even considered. Null and void on this gym. Waste of time and no courtesy for my time. Least they could due is reset appointment.

Do not join!!!originally started crunch in a different state and it felt luxurious. I made the mistake of transferring to this location and it has been horrible since. It’s a dirty location, not a good selection/amount of equipment, and the staff is rude. Also transferring to this location raised my prices and lowered the amenities. I spoke with someone about cancelling my account over the phone and they acted like it would be totally fine since I was out of town. I continued to get charged so I called again today and the employee was rude from the beginning. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager refused to get on the phone?! What kind of manager won’t even address a customers concern?! Very disappointed and still can’t even cancel in time to make sure I won’t get charged again

It was my first time there at this gym and my experience was great, the place was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly . I will be joining as a member . I felt so much better when I left than when I came in , awesome place !!!
