Went to this store and Kesha was the rudest person I have EVER dealt with. Had ear buds in when went in, I thought she was on the phone. Then she stated “I’m talking to you, I’m looking right at you”. As she was starring at her computer screen. I proceeded to tell her my phone was not working, to which she cut me off “Meaning”. She was the rudest, snottiest B…h ever. I took my phone, told her she had an attitude, and I would go somewhere else. Terrible employee! Terrible rude, terrible terrible terrible.

These guys are all about going out of their way to help people. No matter how much time it takes, they’re seriously genuine people. There’s a guy there named Juan. He really went above and beyond helping my 70+year old dad who is on a very limited income. He found some really useful resources to help apply savings to his bill. This was a big deal to us. Much respect Juan. These people are the truth!!!

Help me troubleshoot my phone which was outdated and need several updates that I was unaware of. Should be promoted. A great asset to the cricket corporation. Should become a store manager ????

I went in with an older friend. Neither of us know much about phones. A short bald guy with a very loud voice asked us what we needed. I explained that I wanted to ask a couple of questions. I asked if we transferred service, would Cricket be able to transfer all info from the old phone to the new one. This guy was very rude. I was told, “That’s what the fee is for.” Condescending. I told him that’s why I was asking and he didn’t need to be so rude about it. Then he asks me, “Are we having a communication problem?”Nope. I know what rude customer service looks like. I won’t be going back there.

Chad welcomed me to the store like I was family. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions about the best deals and phones. I now know who to come to for amazing customer service for all the newest devices. Cricket has got the best employee in south Daytona

I hate to be the person who goes into a store 5 min before closing but the phone rep couldn't help me and I couldn't wait the next day. In spite of, Matthew and Anfernee kindly welcomed me in & got me set up with a 3rd line and a new number within 10 minutes, maybe less! Not once did they give me an attitude nor rush me out the door. Great employees with great customer service at this location! I suggest one of these two gentleman next time you visit this location.

When in doubt start at the beginning.The first Android phone I got, I loved. Worked for several years and Cricket Wireless has been exceptional. Wait for it.Then around two months ago my dream phone died. So I went in for an upgrade. I got an smaller phone , ok I said. Technically getting smaller all the time. But harder too read.I have been back to my local Cricket store too have the (4th) fourth SIM CARD put into my new upgrade phone (Android) because the sim cards were currepted some way. ???I'll be patient.All this I'll live with
