Shane, Bethany and John were exceptionally informative and responsive. Even my agent and title company stated that they have never worked with a lender more organized than they are. They also will be recommending to their clients for services in the future.

We had a great exeperience with Coastal Lending Services. They have wonderful people working for them. Excellect customer service. John Lynch was on top of everything through the entire process.He was there every step of the way. Never left us wondering about anything. Would highly recommend!

We contacted Coastal Lending in regards to a mortgage. At first they were very responsive and told us everything looked good and we should hear something within a few days. That was pretty much the last we heard from them. We made multiple attempts to contact them and we always got the text “I’m in a meeting and I’ll call you back”. Well it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t heard back. We moved on to another lender and had our approval within a week. I would give zero stars if it were an option.
