J Diamond can you please fix the AC for good! AC being worked on in P O and this one was closed for the same thing. Some fans will be ok as long as I don't have to drive 20 miles to get to the next branch! It is summer and the globe is warming I'm told.

This bank needs to do something with their Atm's. Today at 5:40 am went to make my usual withdrawal and the machine registered it in my account but the money never came out of the machine. Now my debts are unpaid. It's impossible to resolve anything before 9 am and now I have to lose hrs of my time fighting with the bank to understand the money never came out of the machine and that it duplicates the transactions. If anyone ever read this things please help. The ATM never released the money!! The Atm never works well at this branch. Do not come to this branch if you are traveling or for general purposes.

Gonna charge me $3 to use an atm anywhere on top of an atm fee and not have a public rest room….. time to switch banks.

Do not come to this bank unless you want to lose all your money I came on a Sunday and deposited money in the outdoor atm just for the fucking machine to steal my money and not deposit it into my account when I made a claim they told me that they couldn't find the money even though there's cameras . Smfh

If it’s not a main big bank branch I think Chase Banks struggle. Either not open and sit empty or it’s not the best customer service. As with the Main Street branches it’s defiantly a better running thing.

Im a college student fairly new to banking and opened a checking account with chase bank last month! The clerks were extremely nice and patient with me when explaining everything. Plus the property is very clean, new, and modern! I just closed my bank account with Truist due to their ridiculous fees for everything and anything. To put the cherry on top of things with chase, they gifted me with $200 into my account within the first week after putting in two direct deposits into my account from work and being a new account owner!

Talk about. Racism. Went to the bank this morning to open a checking account. Mind you i already have a business account with them. The guy i meet tells me i need to verify my citizenship. He kept saying okay lets see what we have here . I typed out my social on a computer, he wrote it down. When i was about to exit the place i saw he has my social written down( PII exposure should happen) the same checking took me 2mins to open myself online with my mobile phone all i had to present was my drivers license number. This guy said well come back with your proof of citizenship so we can send it to cooperate to verify. I just want an account not a job. Racist man!
