My LX570 was ceramic coated with the Ceramic Pro Ion coating. Looks great! The guys did a great job and everyone there was great to deal with and their communication through the process was awesome. I highly recommend them.

This is the second vehicle I had Ceramic Pro of Daytona install PPF. They do exception work, use a high quality film at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro of Daytona.

Upon first making the appt to get two front windows done, a kind woman I spoke with offers the front strip as well which I was very excited about. Gave me an average total and had me do the deposit. Was even offered an earlier appt in the day, the day of. I came at scheduled time due to work, and we went outside to discuss and agreed on the strip and two front windows. They company offered me a ride home due to me not having anyone, told me it would take about an hour. (not 3 like the original lady said) Appt was at 1:30 and around 3:40 I hadn't heard anything back. So I texted and asked how's things looking I know you close at 5. And all they told me was they had to go do an errand for business in town and would pick me up at 4 pm. Which they did. When I showed up I walked in and they were cashing out a couple who had paid ALOT and they had been shown the work and were giving kudos to the workers. When I stepped up to pay, I was met with a smile and goofy face saying "yeah so I wasn't able to do your front strip. I tried like six times and it would not adhere. And if you want you can contact the guy who trained me and have him do it." !!!!!! I stood there for a moment taken aback why he was so happy telling me this. I even asked if he was joking. Then he says "did the front two windows though" and I'm thinking well gee you've had my car for hours , I would hope so. They then said cars out front and gave me the receipt. As I was sitting getting ready to leave feeling so upset, one runs out and bangs on the window that was just done and says "oh by the way don't roll your window down for a couple days" I said geez thanks for telling me on my way out is there anything else important I should know?Then upon leaving I see on my dash they left all debri and the wet solvent, they didn't even clean it up I had to. The two front windows were not done well - it is blurry and can see streaks. What breaks my heart as a woman is to know if my father were still alive, he would have never let me be treated this way. And in all that time I waited, the man could have told me what was going on and got ahold of that said "trainer" himself and make the situation right. Today all I got was a text asking for a review.

I try to be careful about leaving reviews. Overly critical reviews are either dismissed if they're a one-off or carry the power to undercut a business. I don't leave reviews right away either. I often find it better to the establishment to allow myself time to digest the service or product I've purchased. In many instances, you don't appreciate the full scale of what a business provides the consumer if you only review the immediate interaction, which is typically the sale itself. The adage “Don't tell me who you are, show me” is a perfect example of how I try to approach a business and the subsequent review. When making the sale you get the pitch and in some cases that's it, good or bad, and it's game, set, and match. In other cases, you come to realize the backbone or core of a business in how it behaves after the sale.Ceramic Pro Daytona offers vehicle protection with ceramic coating, PPF, and window tinting. Protecting your investment isn't cheap. I recently bought a new vehicle and wanted to add some protection to the outside since I drive a lot of highway miles. I decided to get the PPF on the front-facing portions of the car and ceramic for everywhere else. It cost just shy of $5k which is a substantial amount on top for the new car price itself.Once the job was done it looks amazing and it was doing what I paid for it to do butthere were some areas I had concerns about. I hate to be the customer who questions everything but when you're spending that kind of money I figure if you're not your best advocate, who would be. Like all situations, things happen and I try to be understanding but I had to return to the shop several times over the course of the last couple of months and I was beginning to question if I’d made a good choice.So two months out from installation and there have been a few setbacks but the thing is, and this is the REALLY important part, the people there have not stopped being the people they were when they were making the sale. They are still warm, friendly, approachable, and true to their word. Eli and Noah have been the guys working to keep me satisfied and they're not doing it in a maliciously compliant way. You can tell they take pride in what they do and they want you, the customer, to be satisfied and I am.This is so critical to me when dealing with a business because most places only care about you until the sale is final. After that you're not generating any more revenue for them so you become an interruption or inconvenience to them. That is absolutely NOT the case at Ceramic Pro Daytona. Eli and Noah are Ceramic Pro-fessionals. I have a deep respect for these two men because they could have blown me off and I really thought that was gonna happen. Yet, even after two months of calls and popping in to see them with concerns, they're still treating me as if they were trying to get me to become a customer and that is rare these days.So my hats off to Hank the owner, his brother Eli the general manager and Noah the PPF installer for being the kind of people they told me they were. They told me who they were and then they showed me! These folks are the real deal!!

Beginning with the quick response I received from my initial website inquiry, I was incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and excellent customer service the Ceramic Pro team provided.The product is great, the Daytona Beach team was terrific. Communication, whether by phone, text, email, was amazing — efficient and caring.The shop is excellent and the team did a fantastic job. It didn’t matter when or to whom I spoke with throughout the process, I felt like they all provided the best service possible. Initial contact was Hank who coordinated with the local team. Noah and Elijah were wonderful!It is rare when you get this level of quality and professionalism! It was a pleasure working with these guys and the car looks amazing! Highly recommend!

My service with Ceramic Pro was nothing short of amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable met every question concern I had with a calm and detailed response. I got their highest quality of Ceramic tint on my vehicle. Now let me just say BABY! It is the best!It looks as if it came with the tint on the windows already, very seamless.The best part of the experience is that my vehicle was ready a full four hours before the estimated time given to me, and when I arrived, it was waiting out, front looking fly as ever. I am more than happy. I have already been telling all my friends about them.So if you’re looking for a good place to get your car tinted in Daytona Beach, I highly recommend them.

The. Ceramic Pro team did an amazing job on my 2024 BMW 740, the finish is better than when it came off the show room floor. They do a great job working through the process which helped when making a decision of which package best suited my situation. The communication is outstanding as is the products they use.

CPD did a fantastic job on my new Golf R. They corrected a couple of factory paint blemishes and the results have the paint looking better than new.
