This business has had “ new owner” on sign for five years. They don’t return phone calls. It’s not the same place it used to be. Not sure how many times it’s changed hands. Bad news !

Terrible service all around with this company. Transformer was replaced and quit working after 2 weeks. Here we are 6 months later and can't even get an honest answer on when they will fix it. They are honestly just waiting for the warranty to expire before working on fixing the problem. As a business owner I understand problems come up and we have to all deal with unexpected situations. That shouldn't give you an excuse to blow off customers on warranty work.

Craig and the team at Central signs are amazing, they met all my needs and managed to bring the the most beautiful sign to our new office under our time frame! If you are looking for excellent craftsmanship and incredible customer service look no more just call them, I'm glad I did!

Starting a business is hard, it was such a blessing to have our sign taken care of with no hassle or stress, no misinformation, constant follow up, prompt reply to questions and even photo progress. Customer service was great and the sign even greater.

Chuck is the owner and had not realized that one of his employees had made me feel that I was not treated properly. It truly bothered him so he gave me a call about six months ago and asked me if there was anything He could do to make things right by me. He was a jolly guy and very friendly and sincere. Mistakes happen and it meant a lot that he not only called me but came to my business to again ask what he could do to make things right. I respect him for that. I do not need and signs right now but I see there signs everywhere. The signs around town show the work they do stands the test of time. I am pretty sure his staff will not drop the ball on excellent customer service again. Thanks Chuck
