Place is terrible. I feel as if I was scammed they have had my phone since may 16,2023. They wanted $130 to replace my screen on a cellero5g. They asked for the money upfront which I was not comfortable doing so so I had said no and was leaving. The employee chased my cousin and I and we agreed to leave a small deposit which I have a receipt for. After not hearing anything for 2weeks and not being able to talk to anyone I finally got someone. I was informed that they would need to replace the back as well in order to fix properly. I have been to Walmart time and time again and have called with no answer. Finally last week we reached someone and they said it could not be fixed. I have waited 3months for nothing.i have receipts showing how many times I've been to Walmart trying to get my phone and money back.i have talked to numerous other repair places and have been told the same thing they CAN Not get the parts for this phone. But they made it a priority to chase us down out of the store to get a deposit. I DO NOT recommend this place.
