Reggie & the one manager Ruthy were a really great help for us today. We were on official company business and they let us test the consoles we were buying for our stores, and was very patient with us despite it being a whole 2 hr+ process with multiple calls to the company owner for transactional permissions. They also had a very good sense of humor, a real “rolling with the punches” kind of group that felt entirely too down to earth. They’re also respectful of your sense of identity, and they all work very well together. They communicated with one another frequently during the whole process and managed to almost seamlessly handle other customers while dealing with us as well. Their overall sense of teamwork and community within themselves and their customers is remarkable, a lot of the folks coming in being repeat customers over the years who share trust in them. An amazing experience altogether.

My first experience coming in at this location, Caroline and Ruthy are very sweet welcoming and, experienced they understand people and products very well. My experience with Assistant manager Phil was awful, he is very unwelcoming,smugish and, has no experience with Jewelry period. He literally made me want to leave the store and never come back, unfortunately I needed money. Thank you Caroline and Ruthy for being one of the few great people left in the world; Shame on you Phil, you should not be an assistant to anything that has to do with HUMANS PERIOD!.

BEWARE THEY SELL YOU FAKE GOLD. If I could give 0 stars I would. They sold my boyfriend a ring that they claimed was real gold. I go a few months later to try to pawn it for som cash and expected to go back and get it when I could and they tell me it’s fake and etc. When it was bought from them !

Manager is an A$$&@?E!! It Definitely needs way better management! I cannot believe that a pawn shop this big allows so poor management! I happened to stop by on a weekend (Saturday) towards the end of the day so of course it was busy which it’s totally understandable! So I waited patiently and when it finally came down to my turn I asked about to jewelry pieces and just cause it was 5 minutes till 6pm closing time the manager rudely refused to even consider what I have to offer or say!! Price it’s the price on the label which it’s not true! ? I have been to way to many pawnshops and there is always room for improvement as long as it’s reasonable! He just didn’t want to budge

Came in today to sell an Authentic Prada denim chain flap bag and was told it was fake. My bag was authenticated by several companies such as Fashionphile, The RealReal, Rebag, Grailed, and EBay. My girlfriend also worked for fashionphile and TheRealReal during our time living in jersey. I just wanted fast cash instead of having to send out my Prada bag and wait for the money. I have all the emails to confirm it was quoted and Authentic. If you’re a reseller or just need fast cash avoid this place or any pawn shop in Daytona Beach. I’ll just be patient and wait it out until the bag sales online.
