“While on vacation in Ormond Beach FL, the back glass on my F350 shattered the day that I was leaving to go back home to Sherbrooke, Qc, Canada. Since I was headed up to Myrtle Beach I had inquired about having it repaired there, but I was quoted 2 to 3 WEEKS!!!! The local Ford dealership in Ormond Beach FL suggested I call Precision Auto Glass. I am very glad I did. Rarely have I met such an efficient man as Tim. He was able to order the part, and then he installed it the next day. All in all the repair was done in less than 36 hours. I have rarely seen such service! The value of his service is exceptional, I was expecting it to cost me much more than what he charged, that is a VERY pleasant surprise. Thanks Tim! You saved my ass while I was on vacation! “Did a good job but didn't complete it. Plastic wheel well piece was never put back in right. Turns out a bent bracket was never reconnected. Call to have it fixed and they blew me off. Did it myself. 5 mins.”
“I have a 1993 Dodge stealth twin turbo which is an extremely rare and fast car. It is also a 31 year old car and this was the original factory windshield that broke.
Austin from safelite in Holly Hill came to my house on time, very friendly and ready to work. He knew exactly how to remove and replace my broken front windshield, with a brand new windshield. And he did this entire job without causing any damage to my 31 year old outside trim/molding. He is a very nice and professional young man. He deserves to be praised because he likes helping people.
