“I cannot say enough good things about this experience. It sucks to be hit and have to deal with repairs, but they made it seem less ! Got me a rental car that fit our needs, took care of everything, checked in frequently on the status of our car, were polite and went above and beyond. Really grateful for their care. “Safelite technician arrived at my place of work and he was on time. The technician kept communication with me about the job process. When the Safelite technician had completed the job, he was very knowledgeable and helpful to inform me about how to take care of the new windshield that he had just installed. My insurance company paid for the new windshield, but I had to purchase windshield wipers because my existing ones were really bad. The Safelite technician didn't have the correct sizes, but what I had appreciated is he called for a second opinion instead of just making a judgement call himself and installing the incorrect size. Great customer service and an excellent service. No complaints!”
