“While on vacation in Ormond Beach FL, the back glass on my F350 shattered the day that I was leaving to go back home to Sherbrooke, Qc, Canada. Austin from safelite in Holly Hill came to my house on time, very friendly and ready to work. He knew exactly how to remove and replace my broken front windshield, with a brand new windshield. And he did this entire job without causing any damage to my 31 year old outside trim/molding. He is a very nice and professional young man. He deserves to be praised because he likes helping people.
