This place scammed us, they told me a price. The day before, I came to pick up my car and charged me more than a $100 over what they said. And we also had to wait for a very long time just to get it out after we paid. And the 2 old ladies inside are really rude. And they had a bunch of annoying smelly dogs inside, which were really gross and barking, loud.

Really great experience this morning with a gentleman Buddy's sent out to tow my wife's car. He could have charged the full towing price but was nice enough to test the battery and said it just needed a jump.
He handled the jump for us and charged us a lower discounted price. Really nice and knowledgeable guy, I did not get his name.

Wonderful experience!
The gentleman who took my call was awesome and the driver arrived early and was amazing! The price was very good as well! I had actually called two other companies in the past few days and Buddy’s was actually so much better on price!

tow vehicle damage the vehicle during towing. The driver told me that the vehicle was towed from the back even though it’s a front wheel drive vehicle , absolutely refuses to fix it due to the fact they say it’s that he say she say matter because they didn’t cause the damage even though there were pictures taken of the vehicle before hand.

Shout out to Buddy’s Towing!! After AAA gave us the run around for 3 hours and failed us, I called Buddy’s and they were super friendly, professional and got to me and my car within 20 minutes!! TY SOOO MUCH!!

Thank you Buddy’s Towing. Our car just quit working on SR 415 last night in the middle of nowhere. The emergency service company we pay for was not able to give us an estimate as to when they could get to us. After waiting 2 hours with no update, we contacted Buddy’ Towing. They were very friendly, assuring us they would be there within the hour. Rickey came to our rescue just as promised. He was patient, kind and was concerned for our safety. He was not comfortable with us calling a taxi to get home and drove us there himself. Who does that? Unbelievable Customer Service. If you need a tow go with Buddy’s. The are great!
