Be available to potential new customers. Appreciate the new business and not act like they are doing you a favor. Very bad first impression. Previous mechanic Rob is no longer there and he was very helpful and informative. Not the same now.

I would like to share my experience of bsi racing ... I bought a top for my nc miata picked it up from there shop only to get back home and realize there was a tear in it about 1hr after picked up I called to see if I could switch out tops or what could be done ... The very rude owneer stu told me that I must of ripped it and that he isn't going to do anything about it ... After even cussing at me I finally gave up and little to say I will never reccommend bsi to the miata community after the customer service I received
