Bought product online and it came but not satisfied. Note, once you confirm purchase, you basically cannot alter items or cancel should you decide to. I wanted to change shoe size or cancel purchase but the service online to contact support to adjust anything is non-existent. They just send it out. I believe a reason for this (among other returning hassles) could be because there is a restocking fee which may deter a lot of customer from returning . Also, the reviews of products on bowlingball.com is not reliable. This is due to the fact that they pick and choose which one to show because it goes through their approval system. My review did not show up at all even though I followed the rules they posted. I am new to this company, but this experience has not been pleasant.

My first experience with this business was through Amazon. At that time I was unaware they had a shop less than one hour from my house. If you order from Amazon they charge you substantial shipping. If you buy on their website the shipping is free. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong color bowling ball on Amazon. When I tried to exchange It I was charged full additional shipping back to them along with a re stocking fee. Later I found three more excellent online bowling supply stores who WANT YOUR BUSINESS, offer free no hassle returns and great communication! Bowling ball.com has a weekly drawing for a free bowling ball. (Same as the others), the only difference is you cannot check the mandatory box titled "terms" therefore your entry does not enter the contest. I have emailed them about this problem and how to correct it three times. I am still waiting for a single reply. Apparently Bowlingball.com likes to advertise giveaway's that you can never enter. Do yourself a favor and skip this shop, and save your headache! Their are three other shops with excellent service, fast shipping and great prices!

ZERO star WARNING: Bb .com is The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL 3 ppl family owed business I've encountered in ALL MY WORLD TRAVELS. The website is very generic, not user friendly, poor descriptions & as incoherent as their 1 manned dishonorable service, that chooses to operate on policy vs the customer's happiness or having them return for more purchases. They don't NEED YOU, or VALUE you (the consumer). Every item is highly labeled for you to be their marketing ploy. So for all you *bowlers BEWARE of their page &/or buying from them on Amazon (check the seller). Just buy plain Amazon so you have BETTER SERVICE or TRY: Your Local Bowling Alley*, discountbowlingsupply.com, bowling.com, bowlersmart.com, dickssportinggoods.com Etc Etc Ok, I'm done venting, go listen to some Pins drop
