I order some things around a month ago. The package was supposed to arrived March 6 but it was lost. After submitting a claim that day, I tried to reach out to UPS and the store but none of them gave me a solution so far. I keep calling the store and they just don’t even answer.

We went to the book store the Monday before Spring semester classes started up to buy some alumni shirts and it was closed. What do students do there that don’t have cars and are on campus and need something from the bookstore?

Wide variety of products and nice fashion clothing, school-themed. Price here is (ofc) higher than elsewhere for stationary items, so wouldn't recommend getting it here other than the school clothing items. They do offer books and textbooks here, but there are different ways to access the book if you prefer the cheaper way, especially getting them online. Save your wallet.

As parents, we’re so happy with Embry-Riddle. The orientation itself is so thorough, that it really sets students up to succeed. Our son is a first year Aeronautical Science major. He’s doing extremely well and he loves it.

BEWARE when purchasing Apple products from the bookstore. Purchased two 1st Gen Apple Pencils this past semester (Spring 2022). Neither would charge or connect to 2 different iPads the first time out of the box. Apple warranty showed that both pencils were purchased in 2018, even though they were bought new from the bookstore this year. Both had bad batteries because they were so old. Apple Support is wonderful and is replacing them under warranty with my receipt from the bookstore, but this should not even be an issue. If you buy one and lose your receipt, you are out $99
