This Big Lots has very nice and helpful employees and most essentials are at great prices. The Corporation is struggling so I’m doing my part to help this store while saving money.

I would like to thank you very much to Cheryl. For her custom service she was providing to me this morning. 2 days ago We purchased beautiful outdoor Laurel sofa from Big lots store on Granada Ormond Beach. And I called them this morning to find out if they have Laurel coffee table in stock which goes with it. Lady who answered my call make me feel like i'm bothering her. Which was very sad because two days ago I spent $1200 for outdoor furniture. Anyway, she did not help me at all. So I decide to call other store on international speedway. And I am very glad I did because I met Cheryl. And she helped me in every possible level she could. She was very polite with great attitude
she completely turned my sadness to happiness. They did not have my table in stock. But she called the Port Orange and told me they do have them. She even took my phone number. Just in case. They will find one because they was searching for it. So thank you so much Cheryl for your great custom service. ? Diana

I don't go down into Daytona that much but I was down there and stopped in looking for something and noticed their prices on a lot of household items and cleaning supplies are very reasonable, less expensive than Palm Coast. They email me 20% off full purchase coupons every couple of weeks, so if you live nearby you may want to sign up.
